goals
Understanding your goals to help you achieve them.
My Biggest Goal
My biggest goal is to end my life being fulfilled and ready to die. Right now, I am writing and researching my family history. I want to leave a volume of basic facts, photos and some profiles so any family member who wants it and is willing to pay a very modest price, enough to cover some of the money that has gone into it, can have one. Then I want to take the information in the volume and write about my family. Some of it will be in the form of profiles (hopefully with photos) and a narrative focusing on our ancestors who I can find more than a few words of information about them.

Motivation, something necessary to achieve your goals
Motivation is something necessary and essential to be able to achieve achievements. The Royal Academy of Language defines it as: set of internal or external factors that determine the actions of a person. That is, we will act in one way or another depending on the type and amount of motivation we have. Therefore, it could be said that having a good motivation is essential in many aspects of our lives.

Why it’s so hard to believe in yourself…
“I don’t believe I can be successful” “I don’t believe it’s meant for me” “I’m just not meant to be that person” On any given day, it’s likely that at least one of these thoughts have gone through your mind (especially given that you chose to click on this particular story).

The Truth About A Flat Tummy
As long as I can remember, I have always wanted to have a flat tummy. I will admit, this is something that I started to take keen interest in my early twenties. Okay, I was a chubby girl in my childhood and teenage years, but that did not bother me much as acne was the only battle I chose to fight in those years. Having a rough skin in high school was worse than being a bit overweight.

Don't fly soar high.
Who faces the storm once it's in its fiercest form? While the rest of the birds lurk in their nests, only the eagle can display the power of flying above the high. May we desire to soar high on eagle wings beyond the expectancy of everybody? Why do we always believe in flying like a hen, and why don't we soar high like an eagle? How many among us are the real contestants to face the real tough challenges and put their profile absolutely in different category of outstanding achievers. Just do something impossible and see how your motivation will fill your spirit to complete the tougher job the next time without fear.

Running with Tech
Do you remember that kid who never got chosen to join one of the two teams in P.E.? Yes, like in the movies! Well, that kid was me. Actually, my story goes even further: I was so unfit and uncoordinated that my teachers would ask me to “wait this one out”, at least once a month. And we only had three classes a month.

Chalk is Cheap
When you are depressed, you feel like one of the Lilliputians. You feel six inches tall, but instead of trapping Gulliver- you feel trapped. You are bogged down by your own thoughts and feelings, and it is hard to break free. There are moments when you think that it would all be easier if you just didn’t exist. If you killed yourself all the strife of the world would fade away. You wouldn’t have to feel like you don’t matter, you wouldn’t have to force yourself to get up in the morning and go through the motions. It would be so easy.
