Instincts
The doubt consumes me, my everyday is filled with questions that I alone don’t have the answers to. All the worries make my blood rush to my head giving me the dizzy feeling only some people can understand. Thoughts confuse me, pulling in so many directions making it hard to choose which one to go down. Tunnels filled with darkness, never knowing which one will lead to the light.

Why You Shouldn't Jump on Every Bandwagon
There are some people who jump on every bandwagon that passes by. That is a big mistake for several reasons. First, let's determine what a bandwagon is and what the expression, "jump on the bandwagon" or "hop on the bandwagon" means.

CO-VID 19: A Plague of Loneliness
The following is a stream of consciousness about loneliness during CO-VID 19: When I first sat down to write this article, my intention was to create a list of creative outlets which you can use when you're feeling lonely during your self-isolation. But the reality is, is that whilst we have access to these creative outlets, it doesn't stop us from feeling lonely. It might mask the feeling for a little bit, but that feeling is still there. I feel it. You feel it. We all feel it.

An Actor Prepares - Part Two
I will never forget the day I told my High School Headteacher that I wanted to go to Drama School to study Acting and Musical Theatre. She immediately swatted the idea away saying that the chances of getting into a school like that were extremely few and far between. And only for exeptionally talented people.

Finding our way back home
We enter into this world through a breath from heaven, with a sense of wonder and eyes of childlike curiosity. Yet, somewhere along the way, we often lose our innocence, trusting abilities, and naive playfulness. Even our sense of home.

How To Accept You Don't Need Everyone And Their Approval
At some point in our lives, we tend to be eager to have someone understand us or have the support from those that we care about because we know that we would do the same for them without a second thought. We may have an idea or started a new chapter in our lives and hope that others would be happy for us or agree. Unfortunately, it's not always the case you are going to have their approval. Some will not think that your idea is the best and that you are doing something different for your better or believable life. It'll probably hurt you because you wanted to have the support and more encouragement to go forward with things from others you looked at to say something was all right, instead they denied you in a way where you feel like you can't go on without knowing their opinion is positive or uplifting.

Beyond Reasonable Doubt
“There’s always someone better off than you, and there’s always someone worse off than you” quoted by C.L. Hall. That leads to the question, what about me? Where do I stand? There should be no such thing as comparing, for everyone is fighting a battle only they are strong enough for.

How to Fake it Till You Make It
Self confidence is an issue many of us face and it can take YEARS for someone to finally accept and be proud of who they are. Something I wish I knew earlier on in life is the power of faking it. Sometimes when you tell yourself something over and over again, you will soon believe it, and this was definitely the case for me.

"I'm just a waitress."
I spoke to someone I worked with in a coffee shop a couple of years ago, and our conversation turned to graduating and the difficulty of finding a degree job in London. She said that when her friends from back home ask her what she does, she feels a bit embarrassed when she replies "I'm just a waitress.". I know she's not the only one who feels this way, and that really is unfortunate. A job is a big part of your life and who you are, and everyone has the right to feel proud of what they do. And, everyone should.
