Why You Should Write on Wattpad
In 2006, University of Toronto graduates Allen Lau and Ivan Yuen founded what would become the world’s largest online storytelling platform. After founding several other companies, including Tira Wireless, Lau wanted to engineer an app he could use himself. As an avid reader, the concept of Wattpad seemed to be the perfect choice, connecting readers and writers across a single platform hosting as many genres and sub-genres as you can think of.

The Power In Core Memories
When I close my eyes I can see pine trees swaying back and forth. Almost like they are purposefully dancing with the clouds above them. The air is warm and scented with pine. Birds chirp and jump from branch to branch. Fried chicken is sizzling on an open burner. The sun peers through the thick pines and gentles rest its rays on the moist ground. I can hear children laughing in the distance and razor scooters being ridden. The wind glides past the trees and creates sounds like a calm and subtle "whoosh." Two dirty golden labs lay under the dense campsite table and pant. They are patiently waiting for a generous individual to gift them with some fried goodness. Bee's buzz around open Coca-cola cans and create a timid fear of swallowing one of these lethal insects. When night falls a cold blanket of clouds falls on the mountain. Looking up through the roof of the tent I can see every star and falling comet. Peace and comfort.

Getting Out of My Own Way, Part Two
If you missed Getting Out of My Own Way, Part One, you can find that entry here! — The remaining four chapters from, Get Out of Your Own Way (GOOTOW) by Mark Goulston, M.D. and Philip Goldberg, that struck a chord with my self-defeating heartstrings come in pairs of two. The first pair are constantly fighting so they usually leave me stagnant and sad. The second two I use them in tandem to truly dive headfirst into a puddle of self pity. But, the good news is I’m actively working against these four, along with the previous four, everyday. I look forward to a day that they’ll be eradicated from my life.

An Inspired Life
Removing mental blocks When you feel there is a disconnect between you and the rest of the world there most likely is a spiritual, material, intimacy or creative block. Just know there is a reason for your blocks. It is time to embrace these blocks, they are here for your awareness. We tend to ignore them because we don’t understand them or why we have them. Blocks serve a higher purpose. They show us where the road ends.
