Planning
Following my plan for today made me realize a few things that should be discussed in this group. The first thing is a profound dislike of the term disabilities. It will always be more helpful to look for ways in which we can function than for the ways we can’t. Disabilities are government sanctioned labels to fit us into categories and excuse us for not doing. This does not mean we do not have limitations but every single human being has those and they are an individual thing. It also does not mean we should not be empathetic toward people with difficulties that we do not have. Marked parking spots are thoughtful and helpful but most programs that promote money as a solution to problems are not. In many cases we are throwing money at problems that are not fundamentally financial and doing far more harm than good. These “helps” steal our dreams and cause us to settle for less from ourselves because they are given with strings of non-productivity attached.

3 Stories that changed the way I view the world
These are 3 stories, I heard as a teen, that changed the way I view the world forever. They are short, but the effect they had on me, will last a lifetime. A quick disclaimer here: I am presenting these stories in the version I heard them. You may have come across these stories in different versions, however the principles are still the same. Also, I don’t know the titles of these stories, as they were presented to me without a title, so I’m gonna get a little creative here :)

Write or Die
Write or die Take 3 Ok, I must admit, it is not easy to keep the light on. Days are going by and we dying, but not today. Still figuring out how to adjust to a routine, and finding solitude could be a factor. Prioritizing time needs to be more disciplined. Creating a schedule would help too. I remind myself of the saying ‘I don’t have time’ to ‘I need to make the time’. I realized how some things in the universe work. The drive behind the wanting to thrive for whatever it maybe in life. I have always wanted to write. I do not know if I have said that in the last two write or die takes, and if I did, I do not apologize because I am sharing my thoughts and I need to hear that and I hope you do too. Because this is about write or die concept. When my fingers touch the keyboard or the ink to the paper, an adrenaline rush overcomes me, but it doesn’t happen all the time. For me, talking to people that gave the support in the belief in me to write can spark a phenomenal drive to write.
