What made you want to become a Hairstylist?
I love to make people feel good about their self. It something that I enjoy doing and it give me a chance to help others become their own bosses. I also provides classes for go-getters who aspire to become world-renowned hair stylists and for children who want to learn braiding at a young age.
What makes you different from other people that’s doing the samething your doing?
Being able to do hair in a timely time. Being able to serve my clients there needs. Also making ends meets with my clients! clients can book either a 2-month subscription, a 6-month subscription, or a one-year subscription. In addition, individuals who are interested in learning how to braid hair can also book a one-on-one braiding class at Quelltouch.
Where do you see yourself or company in 5 years?
I see myself around doing hair around the world. Teaching young kids how to be their own bosses. Making a difference in the world! Helping people less fortunate then me. Opening up a non profit or organization.Having a couple shop open that is family oriented . Traveling the world doing hair.
What motivates you?
My daughter motivates me to be the best I can be and to show my mother how thankful I’m of her and for showing me and everything that I know. Wanting to give my family a great life! Also seeing a smile on my clients face make me feels good. Apart from being passionate about hairstyling, I also committed to transforming her clients’ vision into reality. Hair has been regarded as a transcendental part of the human body that gives people an effective medium for self-expression. For this reason, I works hard to deliver results that are not only passion-driven but also highly reflective of my client’s wants, needs, and aspirations. While her accomplishments speak volumes of her excellence as an emerging powerhouse in the field, Jacquel Armstrong owes much of her successes to the deep-seated love she has for the craft. Since I was young, i always found an interest in hairstyling, but it was not until i put her skills into practice and saw her clients’ reactions that she felt inclined to go into hairstyling full-time, to the point of making a living out of it. What makes you and what you do unique?
I love seeing my clients reaction after they getting their hair done. I love them saying how fast you are. The constant clientele . Also love how people really come travel to me. So I work and keep building upon my business to give my family a good life.” I did her first-ever “Mommy and Me” braiding class in Las Vegas, where i taught kids and parents how to braid, allowing them to have some family bonding time in the process. With no intentions of slowing down any time soon, it is clear that this is only the beginning of Jacquel Armstrong’s journey to success. As i continues to expand QuellTouch’s reach globally, i hopes to amplify her purpose-driven vision while becoming a source of inspiration for thousands of young aspirants across the world. Jacquel is not only delivering top-not services, but she is also demonstrating the power of passion, precision, and perseverance through her success.

“The Man Who Never Missed a Day”
When I was 17, I met a man who delivered newspapers in the rain. Not in a casual, half-hearted way—but fully committed, every single morning. He would leave his house before sunrise, his coat soaked, shoes falling apart, and the wind cutting through him like a knife. Yet, despite the cold and wet, he smiled at everyone on his route. To a teenager like me, it was both confusing and inspiring. I remember the first time I saw him struggle with a bundle of papers that seemed almost too heavy for him. He slipped on the wet pavement, muttered something under his breath, and kept walking. When he reached the next house, he knocked on the door, handed over the paper, and smiled as the door closed. That smile was strange to me—it wasn’t pride or satisfaction, it was… calm. Almost peaceful. Curious, I approached him one morning. “Why don’t you take a day off when it’s so hard?” I asked, shivering in my hoodie as the rain soaked me through. He laughed, a deep, gravelly sound that didn’t sound annoyed, only knowing. “Son, nobody cares about today,” he said, shaking his head. “What matters is tomorrow. You build your life the same way: one small effort, every day, even when nobody notices.” At the time, I didn’t understand. My life felt urgent, like it had to explode with success immediately. I was chasing big ideas, jumping from project to project, leaving most half-finished. I thought motivation was everything—without the spark of inspiration, nothing mattered. The idea of showing up every single day, even when tired, even when bored, even when invisible, felt almost insane. I watched him for weeks. Rain or shine, he was there. I started noticing small details I hadn’t seen before—the careful folding of the papers, the way he adjusted his wet coat to protect the bundle, the extra minute he took to smile at a child running out to grab the paper. Every morning, the same ritual. Every morning, the same effort. And yet, nobody cheered. Nobody noticed. Years passed. I went to college, chasing my own “big dreams,” my own versions of instant success. I started businesses, abandoned them; learned new skills, stopped halfway; made promises to myself I couldn’t keep. I told myself I was working toward greatness, but mostly, I was chasing the idea of success, not the work itself. Motivation was my fuel, and when it ran out, I stopped moving. Meanwhile, the memory of that man stayed with me. The quiet diligence, the smile in the pouring rain.
