How to Enjoy the Little Things
Hi, my name is Audrey. When I'm feeling down I like to think about the little things. Although that is incredibly hard to do in such a stressful world we live in, there are small little treats that can brighten up our day and can boost up our mood.

Motivation to Be Yourself. Top Story - November 2018.
I am going to start with an introduction of the past me, the me that I've been on a year long journey to repair. I am Alexis Runyon. I've gone by many names: FatboyJefferson on Wattpad, GutterGurl on Soundcloud, and Yoshii Dey on Instagram. I kept trying to hide myself and my identity while also making my talents prominent. That isn't a way to live. I've learned you either embrace it or stay hidden. I have depression, anxiety, stage fright, little confidence in myself, and so many more flaws. I've been through the ringer, but the vow I made myself forced me to become who I am today; and I absolutely love myself.

Before You Can Soar, You Must First Learn How to Fly
Do you take time out for you? To do the things you love and enjoy that put that dashing smile on your face. It's so important to maintain self-care daily. While it may be something many even myself overlook it's necessary. We need to build ourselves up, lift our own spirits, and fall in love with our ownselves each and every day.

Balance Is Key
Balance... This has always been a personal struggle for me. I am one to want to have control over every situation or I feel uneasy. There are so many aspects in life which are out of our hands and it causes us major discomfort to try to resist. I try to think of it in terms of a flowing river. It is better to surrender and enjoy the ride than to battle the current and force change to happen. When you go with the flow, you allow life to take you to places you hadn't necessary planned, but you end up where you are meant to be.

Does It Offend You?
Sometimes we find people, comments or things offensive and we decide to react in a way that is not always becoming. Sometimes this turns into an argument or heated discussion. People expressing their opinions can create feelings and emotions within us, especially when that particular opinion doesn’t sit well with our ideology or morals. Maybe even your religion prevents you from accepting someone else’s opinion.

Self-Love Boost
How do you begin an article? How do you go from sitting in silence, waiting for inspiration or an idea to come and then just vomit out something people deem worth reading? Or better yet, how do you dive in feet first to writing a book? These are questions I've been asking myself for over an hour now. That and wondering how on Earth I ever came to the conclusion that I want to be an author.

Happiness 101: The Right Way to Deal with Stress
I'm the most stressed out person I know. I mean, it's so easy for anyone to constantly worry about the future and forget about the present. "What if I don't get into medical school?" or "What if I'll die alone?" or "What if I get fired tomorrow?": Our minds are always pushing us into a state of doubt and of perpetual worry that literally does not change the outcome. Worrying ruins the journey. The real question we should be asking ourselves is: "Why generate thousands of hypothetical scenarios when we could just transform what's upsetting us into something that uplifts us?"

Dissatisfaction
In our lives we have enough influences that bring us down to mediocrity, depression, and overall dissatisfaction. We are often distracted by the many bright and shiny objects that surround us. Often, these objects distract us from the good parts of life. They don't just distract us from the things that merely make our lives appear more successful to others, but they distract us from meaningful changes in our character.

Live Your Life—Unleashed!!!
The image of a leash spoke volumes today. Leashes of leather and steel, of nylon and elastic. Leashes that offer owners a tight rein on their pets, leashes that give the animal the illusion of freedom. Today I want to talk about the "leashing" of one the most basic human traits, passion.

The Mountain Top Experiences
Failure is not the end. Repeat that with me, FAILURE IS NOT THE END! Many people once they fail at something, they want to give up. They act as if their world has come to an end and like there is nothing positive happening for them. They take one failure and judge their whole life on it. I know how easy it is to do that.
