Focus on Love
“There are so many people who love you.Don’t focus on the ones who don’t.” Saw that meme on Facebook the other day. I don’t know who quoted that but it is a powerful revelation. I guess it’s not just me who seemed to want to prove my love to people who couldn’t have cared less. Maybe I’m not the only one who spent time agonizing over an unread text or a nonchalant reply from someone I’d invested so much of my energy and time in to.

How to Be a PolyInnovator
Now this is more of a mix of me telling you how to become one, and me telling myself as well. Meaning I am still not there, this is an outline of sorts, a rough draft, a business plan, or some sort of synergy in between.

Dear Sixteen-Year-Old Me
Dear sixteen-year-old me, I know you think you're just waiting for your life to begin, you keep saying to yourself that first you have to graduate high school, figure out a career path to follow, and somewhere along the way you're going to get married to your amazing boyfriend and live happily ever after.

Scattered Mind
This world is different for everyone; seeing how people came to fight for survival or for personal gain. Our minds thread trying to put a puzzle piece together and sometimes the pieces can't fit perfectly causing unthinkable actions. People are afraid of the reality at times because there is unknown creeping behind them. The nerves in the body turns numb when experiencing the hard times in life. Why does pain take us to the dark hour? No matter what our beliefs are, it will be our safety blanket, our protection, our savior. Why let the shame and guilty scar the people that are intimidated by the big bad wolf. War will never stop happening because of wanting the strength, the power to be greater than mankind, so be careful who to trust, keep a hold on loves ones because it is rare to come by people that care. Become a warrior; have the bravery and the encouragement of fighting through the darkness where something unknown is wanting the souls of the weak, but together as one we could rise above show righteousness of pure light. There is so much more than hiding behind a mask; facing the truth of reality, accepting what lies right in front of people's glass eyes. People are human by feeling lonely, feeling the sharp knife going in their beaten down heart. Breathing heavily to achieve so much. Reach upon the stars grabbing into the opened bitter air, but getting nothing.

Changing My Destiny
Hey, my name's Spencer. I'm A 20-year-old kid from the Bay Area, CA. It took me quite some time to come up with an actual topic of my first story as I'm the type to definitely struggle between choices. Not only is inspiration and motivation a key topic for teens and young adults of this generation, but its probably something that should be taken more seriously in life, now more than ever. I was born and lived in Brawley, CA with my mom and dad until I was probably three, and yes! No one hardly knows where that is! I've moved around here and there until about fifth grade when I landed in San Jose, CA which is where I've been ever since. Growing up in this day and age of social media, insecurities and peer pressure have never been higher. You're told what to wear, what's cool to eat, what to say and what type of group you belong in just by your appearance or speech. People believe they have to run with the crowd to be liked or wanted. All of my life I've been the kid who got along with every type of person, just because that's who I am. I'm quiet which some can call introverted, but I see it as listening. I like to listen a lot more than I do talk, it allows me to understand that person or people better. I've rarely ever had issues with people or bullying, but growing up in a crowded city, especially with social media breaking out in every possible way that it could, had its side effects and negatives. I didn't grow up being taught confidence or courage or happiness. I grew up being told I have to look a certain way, or talk to certain people to be liked. I always had the mindset of "you're average" or "you just aren't cut out to make it big in life." I've lived with this constant mindset since I knew how to think like it.

Take Back Your Power With Self-Care
Anxiety has been a big part of my life since I was 18 years old. Back when there was hardly any awareness about it at all. Even those close to me weren’t interested and I didn’t know how to control it. Both the world and I thought I was crazy, so I struggled alone as very few people understood.

J's Journal
When you get confused sometimes, it is hard to be solid in anything that you are doing. I find myself looking and reaching out to people, activities, and experiences to fill that void and they never work. I feel so overwhelmed sometimes and I know there are others who feel the same way that I do or are going through similar emotions. I want to create this journal, blog, post, however you want to call it so that I can express and release tension I have within myself, allow others to connect with me and to see a way that can change their perspective and/or give them an opportunity to build themselves and their peers to another level. I want everyone to be entertained, enlightened, informed, supported, and peaceful while reading any content that I publish. Below are the topics and the directions I plan to address and speak on throughout this process and journey.
