Blah Blah Blah
You know that saying, “ignorance is bliss.” I truly believe that to be true sometimes. If there is negativity in my peripheral, I immediately block it out. I can’t be around negativity for very long because I somehow get pulled back into that world of hurt, anger, and sadness. Don’t get me wrong, I will be there for you when you’re hurt, angry, or sad, but if I’m going about my day and negativity starts to creep in from a random source, I need to leave.

Everything Happens for a Reason
I believe we have all heard someone saying, “Everything happens for a reason,” or we have once told someone else this statement. There is a time for everything and a season for every activity under heaven. Well, it is absolutely true that everything that is happening in or around our lives happens for a reason since we live in a world of cause and effect. I believe everything happens at the right time, all we ought to do is be patient. However, we will not fully understand all that is happening around us and there are always questions in our minds about the past and the future.

10 Aspects of Life I Learnt!
Why would anyone want to read someone else's lessons? I know most of us would not be interested in doing so; after all, the life experiences of an individual vary from person to person. We also see, nowadays, families getting more nuclear and lives becoming more personal and also busier. It, all the more, becomes important to learn from someone's experience before life can intervene.

This Is Something We All Do That Keeps Us from Succeeding...
Every day I get questions that have something to do with or include the word "success" and how to acquire it. I have been both the person seeking the answers (arguably still am in some ways) and the person who's cracked the code. That being said, there is no formula.

Change to Become a Butterfly 🦋
I have been an introverted girl my whole entire life due to the emotional mental blocks I’ve gone through bullying and being emotionally abused. It kept me in the corner of being shy or basically frightened of society. All through elementary school, I was bullied by children and by an adult that married into my family that didn't advocate for me. Throwing stones at me would be her motivation to make me feel humiliated and degraded. Not once did this adult support anything I did but instead, put a child in front of family friends to humiliate to make sure she felt degraded. Made me feel like I was inadequate to do anything. I became furious growing up, still managing to keep my composure. I felt the need to impress everyone.

5 Things I'd Tell My 18-Year-Old Self
1. Take your fu*king time! I was one of the millions of kids at the age of 18 that decided to take herself off to university. I nailed my A-Levels and spent months researching and picking a university course. I was told by everyone that if I wanted a good job, then this was what I needed to do. The problem was, I knew all along that it didn’t quite feel like the right time to go. I wasn’t entirely convinced that the career path I’d chosen was for me. Here I was at 18-years-old, trying to convince myself that teaching was for me based on four A-levels!!!!!!

How Fear of Success Is Sabotaging Your Productivity
In fact, fear is as much a human characteristic as any other. It is what defines us, what makes us human at the end of the day. But should fear be allowed to conquer our thoughts, kill our productivity, and make us inefficient? We don’t think so!

Time Stands Still
You're staring at the clock again. Hoping, no, wishing that it stops moving forward. That it doesn't go up one more hour, one more minute, one more second. Maybe it will freeze you think. That way you could lay there without wasting another minute. Because it's not wasteful if you are not using it.

Don't Look Behind You
You're staring at a blank computer screen. You want to write. You want to express yourself. You want to make sense of something that has happened to you. Or something that is still happening. Maybe not to you, maybe to somebody else. You're trying to layout your life into small bitesize and digestible chunks of text for people to read and understand. Maybe if I write it this way then more people will understand it. Maybe if I take out this bit then people won't be offended or upset. Maybe, maybe, maybe.
