It Only Takes One Step … now keep going!

It Only Takes One Step!

You have this dream and you dream it from time to time. It feels so real, the same dream for years; you want to live out that dream. You feel its passion each time you’re dreaming, you dream of living it in real time.

You actually see yourself waking up walking out your front door, hopping in your car and driving all the way to the actual building, now you’re working in your passion. Helping others tap into their own passion.

But for now, you’re in the early stages of living it, in real time by jotting your plans down, on how to live it in real time, you rehearse your speech in a full-length mirror on how you engage in conversation with your family and friends. You even see yourself on a stage in front of hundreds of people talking about what you are passionate about and how you were able to get past this dream. How you took speech lessons on how to speak in front of a crowd of hundreds and to motivate them into tapping into their life dream. You go from seminar to seminar, convention to convection; helping thousands live out their passion.

But you still continue to jot your plans down, lately you're finding yourself becoming frustrated, fear keeps you from taking your plans off of that paper, now it being a full-page notebook … full of ideas.

On sunny days you fill its power and energy, you almost come off that paper but that overwhelming fear pops up again, you feel the sweat beads on your forehead and your throat closes up and your hands become clammy … anxiety sets in and you go back to your notebook, almost on its last pages.

A thought passes through your mind, so, you go onto Amazon and purchase some motivational books, self-help books on how to get past anxiety. You tell yourself, If I can get past these notebooks that I keep holding onto for dear life and believe and trust in myself, believing that I am capable of living in my passion.

The books were a good resource, well for now it helps me from jotting in that notebook. I’m actually feeling better, getting stronger in my belief and believing that I am capable of living out my passion. I find myself reading more, building my belief system up, hearing a small voice within me, which lets me know that I can do it. I can get out of the notebook system and live in real time. So, what do I do next?

I took a step of faith and started talking about what I believe that my passion was. I started within my small circle of friend's, ones that I now felt more comfortable being open about what I was feeling and then I took another step and started to talk to anyone that would listen, at first, I have to say I was nervous, almost shaking in my boots but once I got a taste of that feeling. I express it more and more.

See I took that first step and looked fear in the face and said no more. I have to live for myself. I have to live out my passion, which makes me happy and fills me up with unspeakable joy.

You too must get past your fear and take that step and live in your passion … go for it, it belongs to you and no one else. You hold your destiny in your hands, take hold of your future, grab it by its boots and live it, live in real time, remember this …

it only takes one step!
