Origin of our uniqueness

Basically, e humans are all unique. I am not saying this. Sages, scientists and psychologists are saying it. Uniqueness is called uniqueness in English. It means that there are special characteristics that only one person can have. But we have labeled the entire human race as unique. Why is it that we are unique? Are we God's special creation? It's nothing like that. It's just that we do special things that no other life does. No animal does farming. No sitting in front of a computer and working, no doing calculations, no launching rockets into space. No inventing anything new. Apart from these, we also do many other things.

Why are we saying that only a few people are unique, even though we generally say that we are all unique? For example Hitler, Einstein etc. Don't we all know why we single them out! If we are all great then these people are great too. Ordinary people can never do what they do. No one can be a dictator like Hitler. No one can think like Einstein. No one can become another Steve Jobs. That is their uniqueness.

A child is being born every second in this world. I see it as a new individual being born every second. I can tell you that in fact there is a uniqueness in each of us, but not all of us even realize that it exists. Whether you realize it or not, it is born within you. It dies with you (unmanifest). None of the people we call unique are searching for a way to achieve uniqueness, but knowingly or unknowingly they have found it, nurtured it and expressed it.

Buddha found his individuality under the Bodhi tree.Hitler found it in power.Einstein found it in the atom and in the cosmic space.Edison found it in instruments.

Here is something to be said about the Buddha. After he became enlightened he said; If I had known beforehand that this is the way to become enlightened, I would have become enlightened while staying in my palace in my room. Why talk about enlightenment here? Unique people are all geniuses in their field. I mean you can achieve it from your home, your work or wherever you are.

Individual humans may die, but individuality never dies. Even after Buddha's death, his teachings live on. Abdul Kalam may be dead, but his achievements never die. Even after Einstein's death, his equations and theories still speak his name.

Well, how did individuality first creep into us humans? Let's learn the history of individuality. If we are all unique, that means we are all special. What is special? Is it our beautiful appearance? Is it upright? Our special language? These are all. However, it cannot be said that these are the only things that make us unique. One thing that we forget to mention is our brain. Don't be afraid. I won't give you a lesson about the brain. But just know that the real individuality is in our brain. We can think, we can imagine, we can develop our knowledge. Even the dog, cat and monkey who have brains don't think.

It cannot be denied that long ago we too were roaming about in the forest like an ordinary animal.(Even now we are animals, but a unique animal!). Then the seed of thought fell into our brain as a result of evolution in nature. We can say that that single change changed our entire way of life.

Think about it! That day a man saw a fire burning in a tree and said 'Alas! Some danger!' If he had run away like an animal thinking that, would he, i.e. we, be cooking today? That day he was afraid of the fire but did not run, he stopped and thought. Many questions arose in him. What is this? How did it get here? Why do all the other animals run away from this? A lot of questions were born. His interest in it made him think and act on how to use that fire in his own way.

This ability to think gave us the power to create and destroy. We can use fire to cook. We can burn a forest to ashes without knowing where it was. It is our thinking brain that created the atomic bomb, which threatens the world. It is our brain's thinking that controls the power of the same atom that takes tens of thousands of lives in war (nuclear reactor) to produce electricity. That's the reason.

Well, let's come to our story. You know the meaning of the words ability and special abilities. Let me tell you about anything.Ability means actions that we can do naturally. All living things in the world have abilities. For example, walking, running, flying, eating, hunting, mating, survival are all abilities. We also have similar abilities. But apart from this we also have many unique abilities. These special abilities are created and developed by ourselves. Making money, trading Or doing business, farming, building machines - operating them are just a few examples of our unique abilities. There are many more.

In fact, once upon a time there was no difference between us and animals. We hunted, gathered food and lived in caves. That means we only had the skills of an animal then. But from the moment we started thinking, all this started to change a little bit. We stopped gathering food and started farming ourselves. Fire. We invented, we started cooking. We invented wheels and made vehicles. It is not an exaggeration to say that all the inventions that changed the world and are changing are the results of our thinking.

In a sense, the modern world we are living in today and the civilization we have achieved are the riches left for us by our unique ancestors. Their uniqueness is still alive in temples, sculptures, science, inventions and culture.

How much we have progressed and how much our knowledge has improved is clear to us. But how many of us will be unique to our next generation is a big question mark. Lately our thinking ability has been decreasing (don't be angry with me). We all thinkers. But not all thinkers are creative thinkers! There is a difference between the thinking that we always think and the creative thinking. We all use this second thought only once in a while. Only when we have a problem. When the problem comes, our brain becomes active. Can we do that? Can we do this? How to overcome this problem? Let's think about it. It's nature. Our ancestors did it and we do it too. But we rarely use it. That's the problem.

We will know more in the next post…stay tuned…
