As an AI enthusiast and freelancer myself, I’ve been experimenting with different ways to incorporate AI into my workflow.

ChatGPT, Jasper, Pictory, or Midjourney.

I am using these AI tools on a daily basis.

And recently, I got an idea.

Is it possible to use any of these tools to make money on freelance marketplaces like Fiverr or Upwork?

To be honest, I am already selling AI-generated images on Etsy and Wirestock, so I know it is possible to make some money.

However, it is still in its infancy, so I cannot make a living from it.

But what about getting hired to offer services that can be done using AI? This can make you more effective and allow you to take on more jobs, thus making more money.

So, I take a look at Fiverr and I found these services anyone can do.

Writing Articles Using AI

One of the most common tasks on Fiverr is writing articles.

Many clients still require high-quality content for their websites, blogs, and social media channels; however, as you may know, writing can be difficult and time-consuming.

We all have limited time per day, so how can we write more and for more clients?

That’s where AI comes in.

Although you can use any of the AI writing tools available online, all of them are still far from perfect.

Yes, they can suggest sentences, and generate paragraphs or entire articles, but the output still needs to be edited and proofread by a human.

So, if you want to charge clients for the number of words or articles you write, you can use AI to speed up the process. This can help you take on more clients and increase your earnings.

But you still need to make some changes to the articles you generated by AI.

Extra Tip: For one of my blogs, I like to use ChatGPT to get the outline and a first draft of the article. Then, I use Jasper to rephrase each paragraph and edit it again with a unique human touch.

Editing Videos Using AI

Video content is becoming increasingly popular on social media platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

There are still many businesses and individuals who are looking for video editors to help them create engaging videos.

Here, you can even use AI to create short videos or edit longer ones.

For longer videos, I like to use Pictory and Descript when creating videos for one of my cash cow YouTube channels.

Pictory is awesome because it enables you to paste a script and, with a single click, the AI will add a related video to each sentence in the script. This can save you tons of time; I can assure you.

If you want to create short videos, you can still use Pictory, but with a free tool called Opus Clip, you can take any video from YouTube and the AI will take the most exciting part and create a 60-second version of it.

With such tools, you can easily create hundreds of short videos in a day and then sell them in bulk.

Selling AI Art

What can I say about this?

I’m a designer who is selling AI art on Redbubble, Etsy, Adobe Stock, and also using a service called Wirestock.

Currently, I’m using Midjourney and Leonardo.ai to generate professional-looking images and photos.

And from my experience on Redbubble and Etsy, I know that people are buying it.

On Fiverr, you can create custom art pieces using AI tools and sell them as digital downloads or prints. You can also offer to create custom avatars or social media graphics using AI-generated images.

Selling AI art can be a lucrative source of income, especially if you have a unique style or niche.

If you have the ability to write a great prompt that can generate unique images, you should give it a try.

Bonus Tip: As I already mentioned before, I also trying to sell AI generated images on photo stock websites like Adobe Stock or using Wirestock.

Wirestock is quite interesting; it allows you to upload an image to their platform and then submit it to stock websites such as Shutterstock, Adobe, Dreamstime, Pond5, or Alamy.

This can save you tons of time; however, you should be aware that some marketplaces do not allow the sale of AI art. Therefore, be sure to do your own research.
