For the Love of Pink!

Ohhh...

glorious cottony-soft hug of self-acceptance wherein all is instantly made okay, and one is allowed exactly as is and wants to be. Sweetened with compassion sauce and sprinkled with glitter flakes of nonjudgmental understanding, a tasty treat of pink is enough to flow another day among the rest.

Ahhh...

the delicate hug of bubblegum-hued velvet robe wrapping me up with “You’re alright just as you are” and “It’s going to get better, just be patient.” Wanting hopeful love for self and others to be reflected back. Waiting in the glow of practicing. Wishing a step-up will be taken to meet me in the pink.

Ehhh...

wondering with heart in hand or on sleeve or hidden in pocket, where the others are that know. To love or not to love, was that the question? No matter, the answer is just be love. Be the love I wish to see, and it will show itself pink and bursting to me, juicy with the fruit of its own labor. Otherwise be only the sour tang of pink grapefruit wishing it were sweeter.

Uhhh...

confused by as within so without: as above so below: as me and you are different and yet the same. We all wanted to get that little pink valentine, didn’t we? That expression of I love you: I like you: I see you: You belong. We all belong to the love of pink. She/he/they/them/us/we/you/me, we all belong to the hug of love- this embrace of cottony-soft allowing the individual and the whole to be one, to know one. Love.
