Finding Peace in the Simple Moments of Life
Discovering Joy, Balance, and Self-Love in Everyday Moments

Have you ever wondered, "How do I live my best life?" I've thought about it many times. Everyone says, "You have to do this, you have to do that, then you will have the best life!" But have you ever felt like—"Well, what exactly does the best life mean?" I once fell into this. I used to think, "Where is life going, what do I want?"
Actually, living the "best life" is not a big deal. This is also different for each person. You might be thinking, "The best life means achieving something big!" But no, the best moments in life are actually not very complicated or big—they may even be hidden in very small decisions, or in your own small happiness.
Let me give you an example. Once upon a time, I myself was under a lot of pressure. I wanted a big job, everyone needed to be successful, everything was perfect. But, at the end of the day, when I would come home, I would feel like something was not right. After all this, why did it feel like something was missing, that I couldn't find the right path? Then I remembered—am I really following my own desires? Sometimes I asked myself—"Well, what do I want?" No, I didn't think about it. I was completely ignoring my own desires.
One day, I thought—why not find my own love? How important is self-love, right? It wasn't easy at all, but when I made small decisions in the beginning, I saw that I was actually getting closer. At first, it was just a small task—giving myself some time at the end of the day. Like reading a book after work, or listening to a good song. The beginning was small, but peace started to come from this.
It's a matter—understanding your own feelings. When life gets to a point where you can't give yourself time, do you think, how to live the "best life"? I learned—it's very important to make some time for yourself. Spend time with friends, give time to family, but you also have to have some time for yourself, right?
Another thing—learning to understand the purpose of life. Many times we think, "Success means achieving big things." But to be honest, the best moments of my life were never in anything that big. One day I went on a trip alone. That little trip was a great learning place for me. I realized—where my happiness, peace, actually lies. It's not about proving it to anyone, but just learning to spend some time with yourself. Being alone, talking openly with yourself—this is the real best life.
And, how much the best life actually depends on your own feelings. Some people will think that the best life means a career and big achievements. On the other hand, for some people, the best life means spending time with family and friends, doing what you love. It may be different for everyone, but in fact the best life is the life where you can be calm, happy and mentally well.
Many times in life it will be difficult, but small victories will lead you to living the best life.
