If you are a busy person, then you probably barely have enough time to sleep, let alone something more. Constant calls, tons of e-mail, endless meetings, and at home also family, children … The list can be continued almost indefinitely. Therefore, it is not surprising that after a couple of years, people living in such a rhythm turn into a kind of indifferent vegetable.

Of course, we are adults, and we ourselves determine our priorities: be it a good salary, a career, or something else. But you have to feel sorry for yourself. Otherwise, who will need it all?

Start with sleep.

You probably know how difficult it is sometimes to fall asleep at night when your brain begins to “chew” all the stress accumulated during the day. In order not to go crazy at night and fall asleep fast enough, experts recommend keeping your brain busy with something monotonous. From this, it quickly “turns off”, allowing you to sleep peacefully.

Listening to audiobooks is excellent for this purpose. The main thing is that they are without musical accompaniment and with a monotonous reading. Choose fiction that you like, and in 10–15 minutes you will sleep like a baby.

In the morning only meditation.

Many busy people start their day with the phone, news, TV, and so on. All of this destructively affects the assessment of reality and reduces your productivity by almost half. Roughly speaking, after reading an email from the boss in the morning or after watching the news, your mind will struggle all day with the fact that “everything is bad.”

It is clear that with such a mood, productivity is out of the question. Therefore, your morning should begin with the usual 10–15 minute meditation. Wake up before everyone else and stay in pleasant silence. Even if you just lie silently in bed or contemplate nature in the window, your day will be much more productive.

What about sports?

Many experts agree that active sports can play a cruel joke for overly busy people. The thing is that playing sports is a system that must be adhered to. That is, it is proper nutrition, daily routine, competent training. And the fact that you go to the gym for an hour will only undermine your health, rather than improve it.

Experts advise all busy people to just walk more and avoid elevators. These loads will be enough to keep yourself in shape. In a day, you must walk at least eight kilometers, and climb the steps up a total of 30–35 floors.

Lunch on schedule.

Surely you are a person conscientious enough to understand that eating with this mode of operation is necessary purely full-fledged. Enough books and works have been written about rational nutrition, so let’s leave this topic and smoothly switch our eyes to lunch. Lunch is a unique time during which you can kill several birds with one stone.

Leave the office in the afternoon for some fresh air. In this half-hour, you can walk 1–2 kilometers (hello sports!), And make several calls that do not require your presence in your office. A change of environment, as practice shows, makes us work a little more efficiently while reducing the time spent on solving certain issues.

Evening: how to relax with your family in peace.

For many ordinary workers, the evening is a quiet oasis between working days. But when you are a busy person, then your evening is more like working outside the office than an ordinary vacation at home with your family. No matter how trite it may sound, you cannot turn your evening into an extension of the working day.

Surely you are familiar with such a word as a delegation. Transfer some of the questions to your subordinates. Assign a person on duty after the end of the working day so that you are not disturbed, etc. These issues can be solved, as well as how you will motivate employees. If you cannot financially, give them time off, or allow them to come in the morning after duty 1–2 hours later.
