17. RESTRICT YOUR SOURCE OF NEGATIVE INFORMATION: Don’t clutter your mind by watching daily news, movies or reading daily newspaper. They are no more than a bunch of intimidating sources. Constant Negative News impacts your brain and you start reacting based on them. Likewise, watching horror movies, crime-based movies, novels, similar books etc. stimulate negative thoughts in your brain. It is but natural that eventually, you start projecting your future based on these learnt or felt experiences.
