The pace of life of modern people is relatively fast, and bad lifestyle and eating habits are harmful to health. In addition, a variety of lifestyle habits can also induce the spread of inflammation, accelerate the rate of aging, and put your body in a sub-healthy state, making you look a few years older than your peers.

Why do you get older than your peers?

1. Sedentary

People sit for a long time because of work factors. Sitting for a long time means less exercise time. Over time, the muscles will become loose and weak. Sitting for a long time can also lead to poor circulation of qi and blood throughout the body, causing dysfunction of the spleen and stomach, resulting in impaired digestion, and prone to constipation, hemorrhoids, and indigestion. In addition, sitting for too long can cause blood stasis, reducing muscle fat burning and blood circulation, and a large amount of fatty acids will be deposited in the blood vessels. If the heart and blood vessels are blocked, it will increase blood viscosity, causing myocardial contraction and weakness, leading to high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis, or coronary heart disease.

2. Do not exercise

Generally, people who do not like exercise will experience symptoms of physical aging. Maintaining moderate exercise can maintain good health and promote blood circulation throughout the body. Lack of exercise will have a negative impact on the body, reduce resistance, increase vulnerability to viruses and bacteria, and increase the chance of suffering from various diseases.

3. Be angry

People who love anger are depressed. If they go on for a long time, they will increase the concentration of norepinephrine and cortisol in the blood, leading to increased blood pressure and suppressing immunity. If the depression has not been relieved, it will delay the body's self-recovery ability and harden the blood vessels, leading to atrophy of areas such as learning, emotion and memory, and accelerating the rate of aging. Even if you are angry, you can't take more than three minutes. When you're angry, you can take a deep breath, take a gentle breath for 5 seconds, and then slowly exhale from the nose, repeating more than 5 times.

4. Stay up late

Staying up late has become the norm for young people. Staying up late to work overtime, singing karaoke, playing games or watching football games all night, etc., serious lack of sleep can affect your health. Studies have found that lack of sleep can easily lead to obesity, diabetes, and high blood pressure. In addition, lack of sleep can also make people look sluggish and old. Have at least seven to eight hours of sleep a day. No matter how busy you are at work, you must fall asleep before 22:00. Because from 23:00 to 3 am is the time period for skin cell renewal. If staying up often, it is bound to affect skin renewal, not conducive to collagen synthesis, and prone to dark circles and wrinkles.

What to eat for anti-aging

Although aging is an unchangeable natural law, everyone hopes that time will go slower and slower on themselves. How to delay aging and retain the charm of youth has become the focus of many people's concerns. In addition to medical cosmetology, we can also suppress the speed of aging through diet.

Anti-aging food:

1.Carrots

It is rich in vitamin A and carotene, which can keep hair shiny and delicate skin. It can also promote immunity and improve eyesight.

2.Tomato

The ratio of vitamin A to vitamin C in tomatoes is appropriate, so regular consumption can enhance the function of small blood vessels, prevent vascular aging, and have the effect of whitening and removing spots.

3. Apple

Apple contains cellulose, vitamin C and sugar, which can prevent skin rashes and keep skin shiny. It can also keep blood sugar stable and effectively lower cholesterol.

4. Spinach

Spinach is rich in lutein, a compound that can fight age-induced degradation, as well as detoxify, protect eyesight, and stabilize mood.

5. Milk

Known as white blood, it contains vitamin D and calcium, which strengthens human bones and teeth, and also reduces stains, whitens and nourishes the skin.

6. Walnuts

Walnuts can help muscle growth, prevent cancer, protect the heart, promote the immune system, and are also a good brain activator.

7. Blueberries

Blueberries are called "super fruits". They are fruits and vegetables with a lot of anthocyanins. In addition to anti-aging, they can also prevent colon cancer, improve eyesight, and eliminate eye fatigue.
