As we age, our bodies tend to become less and less flexible and mobile, leading to a decrease in our physical abilities as we grow older. There are many benefits to increasing flexibility and mobility, which involve the entire body.

The first benefit of flexibility and mobility is that it improves range of motion. Range of motion is the degree to which we are able to move our body parts, such as arms and legs.
