Living your life - the health and wellness way.
I set the tone for the day
I remember when I was in high school, due to a series of unfortunate events, I was going through a bout of severe depression, insomnia, PTSD and anxiety. I didn't believe that I could ever get better, let alone experience a joyful or blissful day. Heck, I didn't even believe I'd ever experience "energy" or "vitality" or "motivation". Those feelings were so foreign to me that I thought I would have to just put up with myself for the rest of my life, dragging my feet everywhere I went.

Detox
Every day I take CoQ10, apple cider vinegar capsules, Moringa, Zinc, Magnesium, Lutien, D3, B12 and try to get 5-8 hours of sleep each night. When I only get 5-6 hours of sleep I take a nap after work. I’m 51 and this routine has really chased away wrinkles. I take baths with Epsom salts and oils to keep my skin hydrated and to detox. I meditate every day, often to music or chants or just ambient sound with whale or dolphin sounds in the mix. This routine awakens my pineal gland and allows my to access a higher consciousness.

Tall Talk (Part two)
To start of let me thank everyone who read part one and if you haven’t you should. Let’s pick up where we left off. I’m dressed and heading out to work. I go out to my car and face the next challenge in my day. Now, don’t get me wrong, I know there are cars big enough of me to get in, though they tend to be more luxury cars. It just that my choices are limited due mostly to money. The other reason is that I won’t fit into things like sports cars. I have always wanted a Mustang, but I’ve never found one I could get in. I drive, as of the writing of this, a 2003 Mitsubishi Galant. It a nice car, but it is too small. My head touches the roof and my knees reach the dash. This leaves me with back pain in either my lower or upper back, depending on if I sit up. It is to my understanding that a lot of people would just deal with it, but I do have one more think that makes the back pain worse.

Tall Talk (Part One)
Good evening everyone, I would like to let you into my life. Because I am just over 6’8 and still growing. I would like to let you in on the day to day struggles that come with being so big. Now I know it has been talked about before, in shows and documentaries of famous giants, such as Andre the Giant. But I would like to take it from a different angle. The angle is of someone who wasn’t supposed to be a giant. I find this to be unique, as those who are big their whole life tends to take certain paths in life, like being athletes. For example, the biggest success stories are of those who had a problem, like being big, and made it a positive. They would often do this by finding things that suit their conditions. This brings them money and fame letting them live a more comfortable life. Most people who watch these stories don’t get the full feeling of what it is like to deal with the size and no money.

My Experience with the Chemical Diet
Not many people have heard of the Chemical Diet, where you can lose weight fast. I hadn't heard of it myself until I read about it on James Duncan's blog site. I was sure it was a scam until I tried it and lost weight fast! So, I looked into it and couldn't find much about it except for it being mentioned on the Netmums website, and I read the comments from people who have tried the Chemical Diet, who claimed to have lost weight fast within the first week. At first, I thought it wasn't something that would work, but I was wrong!
