Living your life - the health and wellness way.
Why Is Tai Chi Beneficial For Millennials?
Millennials is a broadly defined term for those born in the ‘80s and ‘90s. They came of age at the turn of the century and with the introduction of the internet. Technology has always been a factor in their daily life and as a group, they’re known for heavy work schedules with its attendant high levels of stress and fatigue. And of course, work and family pressures can adversely affect how we think, feel, and behave.

Small Life Changes With Life-Changing Results
Ireland has just finished its first week of its second nation-wide lockdown, and now more of our friends and family across the UK and Europe will be joining us. It is difficult to believe we are back in this situation only seven months later, and it is even more difficult to remain hopeful. Winter brings with it its own hardship, the days are shorter and darker and the weather is less inviting for outdoor activities, but we must adapt and make the best of what we have. To help, I have put together a not too challenging list of 'hacks' to make this winter lockdown a little easier on your spirit.

Living healthily does not mean constantly looking at the numbers on a scale. Health isn’t about body image, your figure, your bit of extra fat. Being healthy is more about making sure your body and brain are functioning to their best capacity and feeling the best you can. As someone who’s struggled with body image despite being athletic and in good shape my entire life, I’ll be sharing some tips on how to keep focused on health rather than body image.

Electrolytes and Keto
So, you are excited to start a keto lifestyle. You have raided your house of all high carb/sugar food. You have downloaded a tracking app. You have created a file of recipes to try. You even know about the keto flu and have convinced yourself that you won't experience it. You may have even bought a waffle maker for all of those delicious looking chaffles you keep seeing on social media. Perhaps an air fryer has found its way into your kitchen too.
