Define essential during the covid lockdown
As I say in the sub heading this is based on my experiences and anecdotes in the uk as that's where I am. Ever since this lockdown started there's been disagreements on what's essential and what isn't. If one kind of shop is open then why isn't another kind is common. One large sports chain wanted to stay open because it sells fitness clothing and said that was essential for health. After a backlash in the press they closed. At the same time bicycle shops were deemed essential, though that's mainly for maintainace and alternative transport for key workers.

My Heroic Wife
My wife who is a Pharmacist & Pharmacy Manager of her company workplace has been one of the companies out there that are open during this horrific time. She is truly an inspiration due to the fact she can get exposed to this virus that has been going around for quite some time now and yet she still choose to work despite how she can get exposure from other people who could potentially be sick and aren't following social distancing or lock-down rules. I'm thankful for all her hard work, to all the other healthcare heroes and workers of other industries who are doing everything they can to save lives while they are at risk of getting infected. I'm hoping and praying for this nightmare to end so everybody can go back to pursuing their past normal lives. My wife is about 5 months pregnant and her appointments have been getting delayed due to the circumstances we're currently in. She's expected to deliver around late August or early September 2020 of this year.

WEDNESDAY APRIL 8, 2020 As I opened my eyes this morning I reached for my phone so I could use my Breathing App right away. Where was it? Couldn't find it. Was this one of those misplaced on Ambien things? So right away, I jumped out of bed and began a cleaning search. I live in a tiny apartment. My desk is not a desk at all. It's a tiny IKEA night stand. And I hate to say it, but my queen excessively sized bed acts as my desk. Yes, I climb over things to sleep. Perhaps this explains a portion of my insomnia issues. And in the middle of my mad morning cleaning, I found my phone, just below the head of my bed. The last app I had used was my Breathing App, as I fell asleep the night before.

What We Can All Learn From This Pandemic
We live in troubling times. It seems impossible to plan for the future. Many are living in isolation. Others are working overtime. However long it takes, we will return to normal. That being said, it does not have to be our old normal. These are just a few of the lessons we can all take from this pandemic.

Tutela Training System-Bringing the Best Version of Yourself to Reality
6 months ago, after years and years of joining (and than quitting) dozens of weight loss facilities and programs, I finally stumbled upon a new one. Ironically, located no more than 2 miles from me. It was a business I saw almost everyday yet never took the time to actually check it out. I was too busy visiting the pizzeria, sushi, bagel, and liquor store that were also located in the same shopping mall. While I may have never "really looked" at it, I most certainly always heard it. "Heard it" you may be asking? Yes, I heard it, and so did the rest of the mall. With beat bumping music, men and women cheering, and the clank of iron over and over again, I am still astonished how I lived here 5 years without discovering this hidden gem that is TTS?
