I have found that when I am not eating well, I don’t have the energy to work out, and then my mental health goes down the drain. Eating well may be one of the hardest things to prioritize with such a busy schedule though. It is so easy to swing by and get some McDonald's or grab something unhealthy to go for breakfast in the morning. I finally had enough of this downward spiral and started coming up with ways I could eat healthy while being able to fit everything else into my life. Using a few tips and tricks, learning how to stay healthy when you're busy will improve your employee net promoter score and make you stand out from your co-workers.

No Meat May Continued
I can't believe that the month of May is winding down. I know many of you may be wondering how it's going and if I'm craving meat. To be honest I'm really not missing it. I haven't felt deprived or hungry. You do have to put some planning into it, but it hasn't been any harder than what I was already doing. On the nights I made a meat dish for the family, I planned it around what I was eating. There were times when something came up and I couldn't make what I had planned so I had to fall back on the vegetarian products I bought. I will be talking about the different ones I bought and tried and the good, the bad, and the ugly about these products. I'm also going to be talking a little more about the health benefits of what you get from eating vegetables. You may be surprised by what you learn. I will also share how I'v been feeling and some of the recipes that I"v used.

No Meat May. Top Story - May 2019.
Hey everyone! Thanks for following me on this journey. My hope for this blog is to share and educate not only myself, but others. I enjoy meat, but I also know a lot of it is not good for me. I try to have a least one dinner a week meat free. I know I could do a lot better. When this challenge came up, I decided, "why not?" I like pushing myself to see what I am capable of. With that being said, this challenge does scary me a little. Will I really be able to do this? Will I feel hungry all the time? Will it cause me to snack more and gain weight? How hard is this really going to be?
