How To Take Care Of Your Body At An Older Age
Around the beginning of the human race, about 30,000 years ago, most people did not live past the age of 30, so the elderly were 25 years old or so. Medical advancements beginning around the 1500s are primarily responsible for the extended live expectancy we enjoy today. Still, from the 1500s to the 1800s, the average life expectancy was 40, and seniors were in their mid to late 30s. Just two hundred years later, it’s at an incredible 83 years, and the ACT Seniors Card recognizes citizens as senior when they reach 60.

I don't want to be 50
I don't want to be 50. I decided that I should stick where I am, all my plans for this year have been postponed or cancelled so why cant my birthday be as well. I had 3 concerts to go to, 2 holidays and I should be on honeymoon from my wedding 2 days ago. All moved to next year, the wedding was the most upsetting to cancel but there was no choice. I planned it partly so I had it in my mind rather then turning 50.

What Do You Do
What do you do when the person you knew all your life turns into a cruel person who verbally attacks others on purpose just to make you angry? You can't do anything because you know its not them anymore. So, you’re torn between reacting or forcefully brushing it off, knowing either way there’s going to be a fight over it. Nothing you do or say will change their mind. Nothing you can do or say will make you good enough in their eyes.
