Cookie Delight Break
Sitting on the warm rug surrounded by books is me, having a little self-study session. I have long a go realised as you climb higher on the education ladder the independent work load increases, the homework and the teacher's pressure decreases. I think I prefer it this way, I am able to study and retain much more with light pressure than the overwhelming pressure experienced during high school years. But where there are benefits there are also some drawbacks like uptill high school years we were confined to study from some specific books and that's all but now there is no such specific books it is a wide open study you are given a topic and you have to make your own notes going through several books, this process does consume a lot of time but once done you have a way better understanding on the topic, atleast I do.

Death By A Thousand Cuts — Why People Are Fighting A Losing Battle With Food — Experience Counts, Nothing Else
Some people get a kick out of criticizing my health and nutrition-based articles — calling me wrong while trying to ridicule my experience, qualifications, and know-how.

Just A Normal Day
As the clock strikes 2:00 pm, sighs and chatter fills the air, echoing through the corridors of a bustling college. As the gates open a torrent of youthful exuberance is released into the world. The once bustling hallways now hum with a newfound sense of liberation. I grab my bag and step outside immediately my senses get overwhelmed by the symphony of voices and the vibrant energy that permeates the air. In the midst of it all I embarked on a leisurely stroll homeward. Taking a walk along the familiar path with the sun casting shadows on the pavement as if to tell that the nature itself is rejoicing in this moment of respite. The gentle breeze is like the very essence of freedom, allowing my thoughts to wander. The warmth from the sun engulfs me in a comforting embrace trying to infuse me with a renewed sense of vitality.

Walking is a funny thing - we have legs so we can walk, and walking is one of the most basic primal movements. Througout the challenge I have recorded my revelations, realisations and difficulties, of which there’ve been many. The remainder of posts in this series will be sharing these with you. Stay tuned and follow for the update at 60 days and finally a hundred, when the challenge is successfully completed.

Here are 12 Warning Signs Your Sugar Intake May Be Too High
Despite its unfavourable image, sugar is a fundamental component of many diets and an enormously essential dietary staple. Not every form of sugar has the same properties. Since natural sugars, like the fructose found in fruits and vegetables and the lactose found in meals rich in dairy products, are often accompanied with healthful elements like fibre and calcium, we do not need to exercise as much care when consuming them as we would with artificially produced sugars. However, added sugars, which are something that can be found in many processed meals, are something that the vast majority of us do not need and have a tendency to consume much too much of.

Why We Need More Dietitians in Gynecology
It seems like an odd pairing... dietitians working in gynecology. I mean, dietitians don't perform pelvic exams or ultrasounds, we don't prescribe medications like birth control, we don't order lab work to monitor fertility status. We hardly receive any education in our degrees and practical training in gynecology, to be quite honest.

Dawn's Serenade: The Tranquil Art of Early Morning Grocery Shopping
Waking at 4:00am when the Sun is barely up is a enticing experience on its own. I don't know if you notice this; your body reacts differently when you wake up at different hours. Try to do this experiment for 3 days; day 1- wake up at 5:00am followed by day 2- wake up at 8:00am and finally day 3- wake up at 10:am. You will notice the way your body will react to this and it is not only the body but your mind too. Once you do it, do share your results here, I would love to know about it.
