Try to eliminate the causes of stress.

If there is something in your life creating consistent stress, such as job dissatisfaction, rude partner, or family responsibilities, you need to seek help from others.

I know it’s not easy to quit a job and find a new one, but if it is making you mentally sick, you need to change your job as soon as possible.

Take rest physically and mentally.

Working for long hours without taking any rest will only make you mentally and physically tired. You can take an extended vacation or watch a movie once a week to reduce your stress level.

Do Exercise

Exercise is considered crucial for our only physical health, but it is also essential for our mental health. After doing exercise, your brain releases Endorphin, which triggers positive feelings in your body. Moreover, it boosts your mood and perception of pain. Regular Exercise will miraculously reduce your stress level and mental exhaustion.

Practice Gratitude

Our brains are naturally designed to focus on negativity.

An app may have hundred of good reviews and one bad review, and that one lousy comment keeps us away from that app on the internet. Our brain analyzes ourselves in the same pattern. We may have many things and achievements, but we still bother for what we don’t have.

  • Improves your Sleep
  • It keeps you mentally and physically fit

So, if you are growing up in an atmosphere of negativity, you must practice gratitude to cope with negativity & focus on positivity.
