November: New Moon Tarot and Oracle Reading

As the Earth's shadow completely encompasses the not-so-distant planet, ya know the one that has influence on our tides, we recognize the New Moon tonight. As with every other we find a new beginning. The pull has shifted and will begin to grow again with each passing day until the cycle renews. What seed will you plant? Will you remember to nourish it to fruition? 

Tonight's New Moon in Scorpio brings transformation and clarity. The universe asks us to delve deeper into our true selves, set goals with intention, and listen when our heart speaks.

Sage and Palo Santo float lazily through the air mixing with the scent of a Eucalyptus Snowfall candle. As it burns the three flames dance in the haze.

I found myself pulled to one of my newer tarot decks, The Linestrider Tarot by Silolo Thompson. Shuffling as I ponder, what questions can I ask for the whole when I am but a fraction? Aha, clarity rang through. Give me something simple and true. 

What do we need to know? I ask for guidance and clarity for those who ask the daunting question of themselves, “what do I need to know?” 

Two cards fall side by side face up; The Sun and the Ace of Swords. 

The Sun signifies the transit from the manifest light of this world to the light of the world to come. A time for success and clarity where your true self can shine. Also known for joy, success, and optimism. If you feel this but it seems blocked that can sometimes represent a need to connect with your inner child to allow healing for success.. 

Ace of Swords is a card of great force, in both love and hate! This could mean great prosperity is coming. A time of mental sharpness and clarity, breakthrough ideas, and decisive action. This card signifies a moment of heightened intellect and truth, representing new beginnings the Ace of Sword yields the power to cut through confusion revealing a new perspective.

Dark Goddess Oracle 

As I shuffle the world hears my question and the universe answers instantaneously, a single card reveals itself.
