Sharing the current supplements I am taking as of February 2025.

-Kirkland Women's Multi Vitamin (Costco)

-Webber Naturals Omega-3 (Costco)

-Webber Naturals Gentle Iron (Superstore)

-Supplement World Micronized Creatine

-Ghost Legend Pre Workout

-Leanfit Whey Protein (Costco)

I take them every day (with the exception of the pre workout). I am not saying YOU have to take these. Definatly talk to your doctor before taking supplements or starting a weightloss or fitness journey. I am not a doctor just sharing my own experience. I have no training and am not qualified to give personalised advice. I hope you enjoy my content and share it with others which helps me as a content creator.
