Parked in My Car on a Sunny Sunday Morning
When I was in college, I studied English which, obviously, included the study of prose and poetry. To be very honest, I was not a huge fan of poetry. That is not to say that I hated it. I meant that I favor the prose more than poetry. There are a few poems that I do like. One of them is the following poem by Robert Frost.

Grandma's Cookbooks and Special Recipe Box Versus America's Obesity Problem
I have the good recipes! After grandma passed away, I inherited her recipe box and cookbooks full of tasty and nutritious recipes from the good old days. I suppose that I could substitute some of the ingredients in her recipes. However, grandma's recipes would not taste the same.

Fitness Journal – How to Take Control of My Diet
Since I have started my fitness journey I have been thinking of ways to manage one of the main factors that has always pulled me down: diet. Once it comes to food I am just not strong enough to resist my fettuccine alfredo with shrimp or fried chicken with all of the fixings. Or a decadent chocolate cake with six different types of chocolate with a heaping scoop of strawberry cheesecake ice cream. So I have been racking my brain as to how I was going to get my diet under control so I can finally see some results. I have taken these few steps to overhaul my diet so that I don’t have any excuses for my diet anymore. We have to start with baby steps before we dive headlong into the big leagues. I tried that one time and I was miserable for at least six weeks just completely converting to veganism for Lent. So now that I’ve learned my lesson, let’s start with these baby steps!
