10 Reasons Why Your Diet Isn't Working
A lot of times while I'm at the gym, doing the best exercises for weight loss, people will come up to me and ask, "Chica, how did you get so fit?" I always tell them, "Diet and exercise." They're usually disappointed because what they wanted was an answer like, "I did nothing," so that they can do nothing too. That's just not how it goes. In fact, the people who do nothing to stay thin are less helpful than me, because at least I have something to say. What's the mysteriously thin person going to say? "I got good genetics! I just eat whatever and stay thin. I wish I knew more science to explain this better!" Well, lucky for you I know enough science to explain why your diet isn't working so that at least you have the option to take control of your life.

Darkness
Every six months, my grandmother and I make an appointment to go to Pontiac for a dental visit. Everything is usually routine, from the car ride, to what happens in the dentist chair. Three quarters of this 30-minute drive is usually spent talking to my grandmother, the other quarter is spent internally panicking at the thought of the dentist.

Having Consistency on Your Fitness Journey
It isn't usually the case that people are training incorrectly to achieve their goal. Usually it is a matter of how consistently they are training with 100 percent effort and motivation. A day off here and there is great, encouraged in fact, but two days off can become a week which can become a month which can become a year, even. What Alcohol Does to the Human Body
Alcohol in large quantities can cause brain damage. It can also damage your liver, by causing cirrhosis. While in Europe, drinking alcohol is a cultural norm, in the United States many people go for total abstinence. Alcohol affects your neurotransmitters, the communication pathways in the brain that allow your body to work while using your brain. Drinking can cause heart arrhythmias or an irregular heartbeat. It also causes a stroke and high blood pressure. My own high blood pressure got treated this year and I’ve had it for many years without knowing about that.

From 270 lbs to 175 lbs
First a bit about me. I am a wife, a mother, a student, a sister, a writer but most of all, I am ME! Now it is my hope that many of you enjoy this entry, and it is okay for those of you who do not. In this article as all others I write, I will be blunt as I always am. You may think me vulgar or inappropriate, so be you faint of the plain truth perhaps you should stop reading now and find something about knitting or wreath making. Alas if you are like me in all the ways I mention or maybe even just one, I urge you to follow me in this journey.

Top 7 Crystals for Beginners
The practice of using crystals has been around for centuries; they can influence the vibrations of your soul and help you become more balanced with yourself and with your life. I have been using crystals for a couple months now and they have already benefited my life tremendously. I try to bring my small crystals with me whenever I go places, they are usually carried in a small pouch that I put in either my purse or backpack. Once I started using them, I could already feel a difference in my attitude and overall mental state throughout the day! Crystals don't just benefit our souls, they can benefit other living things as well! If you place certain crystals onto the soil of a plant, it can amplify the plants energy and help it grow stronger and healthier as well as charge your crystal. I recently started doing this with my plants and they look healthier than ever before, they are even growing tiny buds at the base of the plant! You can also place different crystals in rooms around your house, those crystals can influence the mood of the room. Plus, they look great and can be a real conversation starter. So if you are interested in purchasing crystals to benefit your life then the list below is where I suggest you start your crystal collection!
