Why I Switched My Workout Routine
Often, every day feels like the same thing over and over again. There’s rarely any difference and rarely any change. That is one of the things that making working out so hard as well. In my last article, I wrote about how I took some time off working to refocus and become more aware of what I am passionate about—I took a plunge into the freelance and business world, become bold and confident in the skills that I have had time to develop.
