How to Stay Fit When You're Lacking Motivation
I've been playing sports for as long as I can remember. I started soccer when I was five years old, and have been active since. Fast forward to playing Field Hockey at a Division 1 level in college, and it's pretty safe to say I thought I had working out down to a T.

Channel Your Stress
Sometimes just breathing isn’t enough... sometimes we just need to yell. Having grown up in an environment that had me constantly on edge, I can attest that having an outlet for our energy is one of the most important places we could place our willpower. A child’s tendency to become its environment as it grows into an adult is too great to acknowledge and not attend to.

The Digestive Enzyme Guide
Digestive Enzymes – A Thorough Breakdown Chances are that if you’ve ever been in a supplement store such as GNC or walked through the health market section of a Whole Foods, you’ve seen the large displays of digestive enzymes. Big, bold letters claiming various functions and promising to support digestion and enhance nutrient absorption among other things. You probably think to yourself, “Well, I feel fine when I eat so this probably isn’t something I need.” While you may very well not ‘feel’ that you have issues with your digestive process, this isn’t something to write off. On the other hand, if you’re like me and have off-season bodybuilding or heavy training diet consisting of 4,000+ calories on a daily basis, sometimes the sheer volume of food can leave you feeling a bit heavy and ‘full’, and not in a good way. Regardless of which category you fall into, you’ve arrived at this article for a reason, so let’s dig in and break down what digestive enzymes entail.

Cromolyn Sodium for Mast Cell Activation Syndrome
Cromolyn sodium oral (brand name Gastrocrom, but I’ll just refer to it as “cromolyn” for this article) is used to treat mast cell activation diseases, allergies, and asthma by reducing the release of mast cell mediators. It comes in other forms and can even be purchased as an over-the-counter nasal spray, but I’ll be discussing the oral suspension. It is classified as a mast cell stabilizer, although according to Dr. Theoharides, a pioneer in the study of mast cells and their role in inflammatory illnesses, this is a misclassification, as cromolyn does not inhibit the release of cytokines. Through an unknown mechanism, it inhibits the release of histamine and prostaglandin. People with mast cell activation disease can suffer from a number of symptoms due to being overwhelmed by mast cell mediators like histamine and prostaglandin, and cromolyn can provide relief. For some people, the relief is significant.

Road to Recovery
I worked a full-time job and had three kids. I started to feel worn down more. Just tired and then the headaches came. It took me out of work. There was no participating in activities. Laying in the dark on my bed was all I could do. Face twisted in pain or asleep from three extra-strength Tylenol. It went on like that for months.

All in a Day’s Work
No matter how long I've been working with Spirit, I am constantly amazed by the daily miraculous occurrences and life lessons I am lucky enough to be a part of. Just the other day, I was doing a reading and the client wanted mediumship, which was such a relief because there were family members who were in heaven and in line, in the room with me all at the same time, wanting to speak with her. To my surprise, most of the family members waiting for her were speaking fluent Russian and Yiddish. Before I even had time to concern myself over how I would understand them, my main guide, Robin, stepped forward, making her presence felt much more than usual, to the point that I could see her the same as if I were looking at someone here in the physical world. She was wearing a beautiful, baby blue, full-length dress. Her long, chocolate brown hair was flowing back off her neck, as if wind was blowing in front of her, and something that I rarely see, her wings were stretched at full-length, hovering over everyone in Spirit, and myself. Because of her strong presence and her blue dress, I knew she was going to serve as a translator. Blue is the color that relates to the throat chakra and communication. She then eloquently began speaking fluent Russian and Yiddish to converse with the loved ones in Spirit. There was a grandmother, father, grandfather, uncle, and aunt in Spirit. The client was actually on the phone, so I had to explain to the client that the brief pauses were to allow my guide, Robin, to converse with them and then translate to me.
