Beginning a Life of Full Time Travel
Hey, you allâwhat is up? I know that I have not talked about my personal life a lot lately, but I thought that I would dive right in and share what is going on. Everyone who knows me well enough, knows that I love traveling SO MUCH. I literally could do it nearly every single day if I could, and I would be the happiest woman alive. Which brings me to todayâs article topicâtraveling full time. So how will I do that? First, I have it set up that I will purchase either a fully loaded RV, or Van transformed into a house, and start traveling all across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. I know I am crazy, right. Well, you only live once, and I want to spend it doing what I feel I am called to do, while still pursuing my passions. I love meeting new people, and experiencing other cultures, so I thought, why not bring my home on the road? I want to start in the western side of the globe first, and then move worldwide and travel.

Having Cold Feet Is Normal
Hey everyoneâhave you ever had a life transition that was so big, but felt like it was drawing itself out so much, you thought it would never endâthis is where I am right now. I know that my life is at the brink of new beginnings with getting married in the next few weeksâinsert transitions and big changes. My life is already starting to change with doing big girl things like looking into houses to purchase, and taking my career seriously, amongst other things. It has been a crazy but very rewarding season of transition, because I have learned so much. I know that my âsinglenessâ season will be permanently over soon, and it kind of freaks me out and excites me at the same time.

Summer ReadyâOr Not?
Hey everyoneâit is officially summer time! If you are anything like me, you are sadly unprepared for the summer time when it comes to going to the beach or the pool. I live about three miles from the beach and I still do not even have my beach body ready, if I am completely honest. The winter completely wrecked me with my health as far as being able to work out. I know it is no excuse, but it was to the point where I could hardly do much without a ton of pain. Thank goodnessânow that it is summer timeâI am feeling much better and almost completely pain free!

Fighting to Rest
In my last article, I wrote about how I took some time off working to refocus and become more aware of what I am passionate aboutâI took a plunge into the freelance and business world, become bold and confident in the skills that I have had time to develop. In that time, I noticed that I developed the mentality of having to work constantly to keep momentum, but honestly, that is not actually true. When you continuously work, you set yourself up for the ultra hustler mentality where you feel that if you stop working for even a few hours, everything will crash and burn. I am here to tell you that is not trueâwe all need restâwhether it is a few hours a day or just once a week.

"She Believed She Could, So She Did"
When life brings you to the ultimate point of choosing whether it is time to give up or keep pushing forward, despite opposing obstaclesâit can be hard to choose between the two. Lately it is as if my life is opposite of what I thought it would beâit seems like I am working harder than I have before, yet not seeing any fruits of my labor. How can that be, when I work so hard? Something that I have learned along my journey of life is that it sometimesâand even in most casesâit takes years of hard work to see the fruit of the seeds that you planted. Like a business, for exampleârealistically, it will take about five years of hard work and dedication to see consistent income, before you are truly off the ground. The same goes for our private livesâbe it personally, relationally or career wiseâit will take a little while before you see the fruit of your labor.

Trusting Again After Being Hurt
First, I am so sorry that it has been almost a week since my last post but life has been so crazy and stressful in the last week or two. I honestly had no motivation or creativity to write and felt a little depressed. Here I am, though, back to writing with tons of creativity and longings in my heart for so much more. This topic is so personal to me because if you know anything about me, you know a lot about my horrible past with relationships and friendships. You know how much I have been hurt and also, how much I have allowed myself to go numb to that hurt and bottle it as well as stuffing it under a rugânot anymore, though. I am allowing myself to open the wounds, heal for good, and love again.

Do Not Let Chronic Illness Define You
I touched on this a couple of weeks ago but I wanted to revisit this topic, as I know many people do struggle with this on a daily basis. I shared with others about the struggles of living with a chronic illness but now I want to encourage others to not let that chronic illness slow you down or let it be a hindrance to their productivity and what they want to achieve in this life. Learning to manage my chronic illness has not been easy but it has been incredibly rewarding as I have found what works for me and flowing with it as I work towards the journey of healing. Knowing your limits is so crucial to this process, so I do recommend that you not overdo yourselfâlest you become worseâknow your balance.

Power Couple Qualities
I know a touched a little bit on power couple qualities in my last article, but I thought about it over the weekend and began to really think about what it means and looks like to have qualities of a power couple. Questions like how can you emulate those qualities as a single man or woman and how can I begin after getting married. I touched on the basics saying how beautiful it is to truly be a power couple that is building a kingdom that will last and being unified as one. The better question is how do I develop these qualities and what do I look for in a significant other? I am here to answer the question.

Two Is Better Than One: Power Couples
Todayâs topic is a continuation of my relationship series, and I wanted to discuss something that has been on my mind recently. We constantly see so many couples that talk about being power couples, and even singles that talk about wanting a power couple relationship and marriage. The one thing that I feel that they have left out on discussing is what it means to be a power couple and how to achieve it. Although widely discussed, I think we deserve the right to know and become that power couple that we constantly converse about, and even try to emulate those qualities before we get married.

Two Are Better than One: Community
You all, I am so guilty of isolating myself so much, it can be a little sickening. Anyone who knows me personally also knows that I am not much of a people person. I grew up in a big city where everyone minded their own business, never really said hi to one another, and truly just kept it moving. Unless you were already close friends, making new friends was abnormal. What a life to live, rightâsecluded and not really many people to count on. Until I left my hometown, nothing did ever change.

Do It Scared: Calculated Risks
Huge leaps of faith require so much patience and going against the current. I will say something totally counter-cultural, but taking leaps of faith are for the weak-hearted. What did I just say? You heard me correctly! It is for the weak-hearted. Why do I say that? If taking leaps of faith was for the strong and brave-hearted, how could it make you grow? Taking leaps of faith without consideration of your feelings takes guts, maturity, and trust that on the other side, everything will be okayâeven when I take a huge risk that I have never done before. Growing definitely requires you to be outside of your comfort zone, into the sports stadium, showing action and doing it SCARED.
