Weight Loss Challenge!
Hello my lovelies! So I decided to partake in this year's weight loss challenge at work again. It seems to be an unspoken rule, especially here in the south, that when someone asks you how you’re doing, you’re supposed to say the phrase “I’m fine.” For many years, this has become almost second nature and slips from my mouth before I even realize what I’m saying. And I’ve come to hate it.

Mirror Dragon Tarot (Part 11)
This week I’m debuting a new deck. It’s still the Thoth (which is the only deck I use) and the images are reworked from Lady Frieda Harris’ original paintings. If you are a lazy personality who can live on a chair, then whatever I just said doesn't mean anything to you. Anyway, if we talk about work, we must also talk about the side effects of it, that is—‘body pains' because of the change in body postures or compulsively formal body language.

Why You Should Include Supplements in Your Daily Routine
Natural vs Synthetic Nutrients Multivitamins are considered synthetic nutrients, and generally speaking, about half of the United States population relies on a vitamin for the majority of their nutrient needs. However, there has been a lot of talk more recently about the benefits of choosing a synthetic supplement when natural nutrients can be found. The point isn’t to argue about which form of vitamins or minerals you should consume but to stress the importance of getting the proper nutrition. While a plant-based supplement offers some advantages, the goal of all dietary extras should be to improve your overall health and well-being.
