Mirror Dragon Tarot Part 12
The Center card this week is the Prince of Wands. Passion and tenacity rule the week. I see the princes as the adolescent boys of the Tarot. In their progression from the innocence, their younger siblings, the princesses, hold they emerge with the basic information they’ve gained through that initial experience. And like young men who’ve just begun to experience the world, they feel full of their five minutes of practical exposure and the “wisdom” they’ve gained. Likely to have more vigor than reason, they tend to charge off towards whatever obstacles they detect, confident in their knowledge and determined to prove themselves. Those of us with a bit more than five minutes of experience stand back with a sigh holding the helmet and elbow pads left behind and remembering the walls we’ve charged and the reasons for the helmet and pads. The beauty of that headlong charge into obstacles is that sometimes those boundaries are an illusion and the lack of preconceived expectations allows us to break right through as if they never existed at all. Maybe they never did.

The Benefits of Essential Oils for Your Health
The Old Is New Again In today’s hectic lifestyles, it is easy to forget to take care of ourselves. We run our bodies and minds ragged, over schedule our obligations and then begin to notice a host of health consequences as a result. Of course, we often reach for what is convenient and comes with claims of curing what ails us in record time. However, when checking the ingredients labels, we are bombarded with words that we do not recognize and formulas that were born in a science laboratory. Naturally-occurring bacteria is being treated with man-made chemicals. This epiphany has led many people to a return to natural, “old-fashioned” treatments passed down to us by our ancestors. Not all illnesses can be completely cured by folk medicine, but a great many of them can at least be eased by traditional options such as essential oils. Here are a few common conditions and their potential alleviations.

Improving Mental and Cognitive Health
Many people struggle with emotional eating, and oftentimes, the food sources are less than healthy. While food is to be used as a fuel source for the body’s health, mindless eating in a response to an emotional need can simply make matters worse. The psychological health of your mind is just as dependent on the food you eat as the physical health of your body. When your mind is fighting depression or anxiety, your body’s response is both emotional and physical. Fatigue and a lack of energy are two of the body’s primary physical responses to mental health concerns.
