Whole30 is a game changer
Thinking of starting a diet? I highly recommend doing a round of whole30. I’m 22 years old and I’ve been overweight my whole life. I’ve tried countless diets and fasting methods and nothing seemed to work. I did weight watchers for a while but I didn’t want to spend any more money on a diet. Whole30 was recommended to me by several people as “the best lifestyle change they’ve ever made.” I figured I had nothing to lose to see what it was all about.

Staying Fit with a Busy Schedule
“Staying Snatched” is part of the goal right? Right. But it is so difficult for us to balance our busy schedules while still maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle! Our attention is being pulled in every direction possible. Still, that’s no excuse to allow our physical well-being to slide. If I’m being completely honest, physical wellbeing is something I adapt my entire life around. Why? Aside from Heart Disease being a leading cause of death in my community, I aspire to create generational cycles that will allow our physical care to be an area we accept “crucial accountability.”

Using Neuroscience to Design Life Interaction Through Structured Feedback
Have you ever wished that you could turn up and turn on the natural happy compounds that your brain produces? Imagine how much easier it would make getting out of bed each morning, getting even the most tedious parts of your job done, and finding the energy to consistently show up as your best self for the people in your life. The quest for happiness and pleasure is as persistent and as the human need for survival. Everything we do has the potential expectation attached to it. Eating, sex, companionship, reading, and even making a list. Everything! As we plan we should take into account how the social and natural environment stimulates us and provide feedback for us. Feedback is associated with motivation, satisfaction, and feeling in harmony with the life we live in. This article will be asking you to consider how you are responding to what goes on in your life and how you might plan for that feedback.

You are a natural
In 2012 I made the decision to move from Amsterdam to Glastonbury in England. Glastonbury is also known as The Isle of Avalon and many people are called by this special place like I was. When I came there for the first time in 2002 I felt like coming home: there was a feeling of unconditional acceptance for who I am and this gave a feeling of space and freedom, in such a way that I never felt before. I travelled there as many times as I could and every time I felt so charged that it became more and more diffcult to leave this place. I knew that I wanted to stay and leave behind my old life so I could embrace a new and more natural way of living.

How To Deal With An Overactive Mind
There was a time when I got trapped in quite an unhealthy pattern of wanting to control life as much as I could. Isn't it funny how even those in my field will from time to time succumb to the attempts of their mind to try and manipulate reality so to make it OK?

The Process of Becoming Disabled...
A lot of people were born with certain disabilities. Either mental or physical. I, of course, had due to prematurity latency issues but other than that I was relatively healthy. It wasn’t until recently, after I had been dealing with pain all over my body for 5 years that I started getting answers...and those answers weren’t always welcome.

Small Gestures, Big Impact
Without proper support, seniors may face a wide range of issues including limited mobility, chronic conditions, improper nutrition and feelings of loneliness. I Did Keto For a Year
Let me take you on my food journey, one that has been incredibly unhealthy for the majority of my life up until now. In my 20's, I did not care. I ate whatever I wanted because I could do so and not gain weight. I frequently binged on junk food, priding myself on other people's amazement at how much I could eat.
