My Honest Opinions About The Body Positivity Movement
Greetings, Vocal readers. I want to talk about one of the most sensitive topics out there: weight. I’m here to talk about the Body Positivity movement and my thoughts on it. Plus, I’ll be talking about Health at Every Size hypothesis and the Fat Acceptance movement. Before I go any further, I want to make a few things clear: I am in no way fat shaming anyone, because I think that ridiculing someone’s body is disgusting and heartless. Second of all, everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Finally, what I’m about to tell everyone is coming from someone who looked and felt heavy at one point, but not obese. This is coming from a sincere place and out of genuine concern.

One Way To Blank The Mind and Create Amnesia With Hypnosis
How many of you have wished you had a trigger to create a blank state in someone? Perhaps, you have had the urge to show someone they were in a trance or hypnosis by having them forget a number, their name, or a friend's name. While it is possible to hypnotize a person and cause them to forget they were hypnotized, their name, their phone number, and so much more, the memory loss may only be temporary.

Conversationally introducing people to trance
I have been asked many times how do I transition a conversation into a trance in a way that feels natural. My style of control is a combination of diverse mind control techniques and a utilization of what I call relational hypnosis. We are all in relationships with each other, our intimate friends and partners, and the world itself. The Crown Control System has been designed to be used with the operator's relationship style and to shape that style into an art. This is what makes my method of utilizing mind control and hypnosis different then any other method out there. Your art is developed through your relationships.

Adjusting Our Resting Default Emotions and Energy
This work is written to share the knowledge of the expression of my art with someone who will be guiding others with it. It is shared from my perspective, but I have tried to keep it as open ended as possible to make it easily integrated into another Master or MC’s instruction or practice. To explore the experience of this work you will need a notebook, something reliable to write with, and a mirror if you do not have a partner. This experience will be more effective and fulfilling when you have someone to guide you through it. It is very difficult to switch back and forth between a focused state that is in balance and going through these steps to a task associated mindset. To me, this is no different than thinking of baseball to make a person last longer during sex. It may work by removing the person progressively from the experience over time, but over time there are other problems that are created by distancing our mind and body from intimacy and sensation with someone we may care a lot about. I do recommend that a MC runs through this a few times themselves before guiding another person through it. This work concludes with potential applications for group work. Ideally this work would be a day long training. Should you wish to contact me you’ll find my contact information at the end of this work.

How exactly is hypnosis affecting us to make changes?
An individual's physiology is the biological foundation of the potential interplay of psychic (inside our mind) interaction with the environment and it's own stimulating thoughts and emotions. The scope of physiological change that a person can demonstrate will be slightly different for each person. In my opinion this biological potential of change is determined by the individual's difference between their Genotype and expressed Phenotype.

Sleep Deprivation
Sleep deprivation is something I have had to deal with my entire life, since the age of 1. I was a sleepless child growing up in Mountain View, CA where my family didn't notice my pediatric schizoaffective symptoms since they didn't think medicating a child was necessary. I wasn't even on baby SSI since my mother wasn't a US citizen but I was. Now I'm working on restoring my body's ability to sleep even if there was a time when I somehow managed to sleep the whole night. I'm not sure I've done that on occasion in the last 38 years of my whole life. When I wasn't on medication, I didn't think of sleep deprivation as something that had been done to me. I was not on medication, but I knew it was only my mother who could get me some but didn't bother. I wish I had emancipated myself or worked harder to get SSI back when my social security number got stolen in 2001 while I was on the bus. I was still on my parent's insurance and living at home back then, and these days I still live in my parent's house. It is high time to sell a business. Brain fog comes from untreated or poorly treated hypothyroidism, which was discovered in my 20s by an endocrinologist. I was on Zyprexa, and back then I got that from internists. Yes, never get medication from internists because it will backfire. They don’t know enough about mental health. The best type of doctor to go to is always a psychiatrist, I did that in 2012 when I hit 30 because I had had enough of being unstable, period. I had enough of my family interfering with my mental health treatment decisions. SSI helped me figure out a way to get treatment around my parents. The effects of sleep deprivation only happen when someone gets less sleep than they actually need. I feel I need something like 10-11 hours of sleep a night because of 22q. Sleep loss does not allow for focus on the environment and the sensory input that can cause. Sleep deprivation can cause tragic accidents from people flying airplanes, running ships, trains, or even cars. Sleep deprivation is never a good thing if someone manages a nuclear power plant. These days I do not have ongoing daytime sleepy feelings because I'm trying to do my sleeping at night. People who do not get enough sleep, yawn, feel tired, get moody, get depressed, (which is why taking medication helps a mentally ill person sleep. There is diffficulty learning, people forget things, and cause an inability to concentrate, there is clumsiness, a lack of motivation, even an increased need to eat with carbohydrate cravings as a number one desire. Lack of sleep causes a reduced sex drive in addition to everything else. Not getting enough sleep does weaken your immune system, which is why in childhood, I'd get many colds, or flus. Not sleeping well does your body serious harm. There is an increase in respiratory diseases, because sleeping less can also have harmful effects on body weight. Sleep deprivation causes insulin to be released, that results in increased fat storage, which can in fact, lead to type 2 diabetes. Sleeping well maintains blood pressure. How often in my thirties was I plagued by high blood pressure? It was a fact that happened many times until my endocrinologist noticed it. Not sleeping enough increases the risk of heart disease, while influencing hormones in both men and women but also it can mess with men's testosterone levels. So you see, sleep is necessary. Back in high school, my family had me convinced that not getting as much sleep as the next person was a superpower. Now I have that all sorted out, and know I need at least 10 or 11 hours sleep. Sleep deprivation is not good for you, it doesn't help you with much either. Alcohol does not actually help. I'm on so many medications and you wonder why my energy goes to my family, not to me? I'm going to sell a real business, make money, and escape to a nice spa somewhere, a bed and breakfast and spa with alternative medicine treatments available. Retro Walking Has Many Benefits
If you are looking for a new activity, and especially if you are already an avid walker, here is a fun way you can change your routine and also gain additional health benefits. It’s called Retro walking, which is the term that describes stepping backwards instead of forwards. It may sound difficult but in time can be mastered. This activity is beneficial for relieving pressure on knee joints as it causes the body to utilize movements and muscles that are rarely used. Individuals with knee pain or other injuries to the knee area will find that walking backwards requires less range of motion and decreases strain on the joints.

Mirror Dragon Tarot Week#3 2020
Reading for 1-13 thru 1-19-20 The Center card this week is the 5 of Wands. The Wands of the Tarot represent fire; that which inspires us, lights the spark of passion that draws us to create new pathways, new ideas, new perspectives. The five of Wands at the center shows a struggle in finding ways to initiate the connection between that creative spark within and the everyday life we're living. Ideas we have now may not fit the parameters of the daily routines we've become accustomed to and that can have us feeling anxious and in need of change. Like a pair of glasses that needs a new prescription, they're there, they've been there for a good long while and have served the needs they were intended for but our eyes have changed and what was good once doesn't work the way we need it to now. We need to change the parameters, the lenses in the glasses, so that our vision is once again clear.

Why I am conscious of my health now
Guys, what if I told you it’s easy to eat clean and it’s FUN too! Before my health and wellness journey began, I looked at healthy eating as if it were an alien. The (AMAZING) individuals who took up vegetarian and vegan lifestyles were on another universe than me. How could one possibly live by cutting out everything but plant-based foods? The idea seemed so foreign.
