The driving force behind marriage sometimes is fear and not love
Whenever the word "marriage" comes to mind, we often dream about this happily ever after fantasy that starts with that joyful, happy wedding day, where all of our friends and family gather around to celebrate the coming together of two people they know and love. The fantasy usually ends with those people sitting somewhere, looking pretty old, staring at the sunset while holding hands, and reminiscing about all their life experiences. Marriage has always been a tradition throughout human history. It is a sacred ceremony that binds two people and unites them into one entity that someday would eventually become what we all know as a family. Now the definition of the word family has extended outside the marriage of two partners as relatives, best friends, and even associates can be considered part of a family. However, marriage itself has been deemed to be an achievement in a person's life. Every time someone asks questions regarding one's future successes, marriage is usually often mentioned. In addition to being one of life's most considered successes, it can signify that a person has found true love. However, what if love was not the true motivation for marriage. What if fear is the driving force behind the reason most people got down on one knee and popped the question?

Regrets
Ever reach that point in your life where you’ve become so disappointed in yourself and asked questions like, “what if I never went to that place? Or what if I never met that person? Or what if I never made that decision?” Well, it’s a little too late for that now. You find yourself trapped in a hell-on-earth state. No, you are not burning in those raging flames inside that deep hole reserved for those who didn’t follow the rules and regulations of their denomination right next to that red-horned devil. However, you are feeling pretty low. You may even find yourself in a profoundly sad state. Not even the jokes from the funniest comedian can put a smile on your face. It’s the realization that you did something that you feel like you weren’t supposed to do or said something you weren’t supposed to say, and now you are forced to eat every ounce of that bitter fruit of your labor. Now you wish you could go back and stop yourself from making that colossal mistake to which you are currently paying the consequences. Unfortunately, there is no way to go about doing so. Therefore, you are now stuck, wondering when the suffering will end. To me, this is what having regrets feels like when it finally hits you.

How observation play a major role in communication
When we think of communication, we often think about having good listening skills and effective speech. We’re talking about saying the right words that matches our thoughts, being direct, being honest, and exchanging ideas through words. There is another part to communication that we often fail to put into practice. I’m talking about observation. Our body is both a transmitter and a receiver of data, information, and even matter. We absorb them through various parts of body and send them back through other passages. We take in air through our nose and sometimes release breath through that same passage or our mouth. We take in food through our mouth and release waste when it’s time to go. We take in information in the form of sound through our ears and process it in our brain to understand what we are being told. However, we also take in information through our eyes by the means of observation, and as much as we may think we are making good usage of our eyesight, the process of observation sometimes isn’t practiced at its optimum.

The 3 Ls that keep us away from all types of success
If we take some time to think about why we are at our current position in life, we can immediately see that every bit of our downfall, every setback, and every one of our shortcomings have three specific contributors to them. As I go over those contributors, it’s important to know that first and foremost success comes in all forms. You have your financial success, personal goal success, life goal success, success in our relationships with people, basically anytime we found ourselves achieving exactly what we strived for in order to experience this little and almost impossible thing to find called happiness, we identify this as a form of success. However, success doesn’t comes easy, in fact most of us go through the majority of our lives only achieving a small amount of what we desire, while a few percentage of the world’s population are able to obtain most our their desires. So what makes the individual who gain success so special from everyone else? Actually the real question is what are the rest of us doing or not doing that makes us different from those who are living their best life right now? Whether they have obtain financial freedom, found themselves in the right career making a difference in society, or are currently in the most loving, true, and long lasting relationship with someone they are head over heels in love with, the individual who are successful had obviously done something right with their time on this earth while most of us are looking at their wonderful life from a distance where we wish we could be just like those people. While there are so many ways to achieve success, what I find very hilarious is how we find ourselves struggling just to find one that really works. When we look back in our lives, those of us who are still wondering where we went wrong in life, I guarantee you that we will find that there are always three common factors that kept us from having every desire we strive to achieve. For those of us who still haven’t figure them out yet, here are the three common factors or as I like to called them the 3 Ls that keep us in the losing position in life.

Why do People keep cheaters around?
Infidelity should not be tolerated by no means. As someone who have had the experience of being cheated on, I know all too well the pain of betrayal and the feeling of worthlessness that one feels when he or she discovered that the person they supposed to be committed to and in love with had found interest and comfort in the arms of another person. Sometimes we know why it happens, other times we have no clue as to what we did to deserve being cheated on. Usually the reason itself makes no sense as the cheaters tend to point the finger at their partner, whether it’s blaming them for lack of attention, not being able to fulfill a certain need or want, or just using fights in the relationship as a reason to go and find someone else to fulfill a certain need in their lives. Most of the time, we tend to take they guys or gals back into our lives, reassuring ourselves that if we work on trust and move on we will be a stronger and better couple. As I matured myself, I have grown to have a zero tolerance for cheaters. Once that line has been crossed, it’s you go your way and I go my way. However, I know plenty of people who regardless of the amount of evidence they have on their partner, still want to work on the relationship. Even when their partner has been caught red handed, they still hold on the hope that everything will work out and that their cheating partner will no longer in the future betray them like that again. Based on my own experiences, I’ve realize the different reasons why people take cheaters back. I’m going to point out the many reasons why people make the decision to put themselves in the position to be hurt again and why they should reconsider and save themselves time, pain, and future disappointments.

5 positive changes our society will go through when everything opens back up again
It’s hard to believe around this time in the year 2019, everyone was out performing their day to day activities and going on about their business like usual. Then a virus comes and turn everyone’s world upside down. What may have started in Wuhan has now impact the globe in ways no one saw coming, let alone were prepared for. This year 2020 sure caught everyone off guard, and even though most of us are currently on lock down and under quarantine, it’s important to know that like all tough times, this too will not last. However, it’s safe to say that the world we knew may not the same once the government decide to open things back up and people are allowed to resume their jobs and daily activities. We as a society will go through both positive and rough changes once the impact of this virus has subsided. Some of these changes will bring upon success and opportunities in the lives of many, while some may have to make some unwanted adjustments in their lifestyles.

5 Reasons Why You Should Never Bring up Your Past in a New Relationship
Relationships happen. Two people meet, they take a liking to one another, they date for a while, and then at some point they may choose to become exclusive. Over time this relationship may flourish and then becomes serious. Sometimes, after a while, it might even have the tendency to become stagnant if the couples do not keep the passion going strong. That's when both parties now have to put in work to keep it from falling apart. In the end of it all, not every relationship evolves into a marriage, result in bringing children into the world and bloom a new set of family that will continue on for the next generation and beyond. Some unfortunately end due to the differences in both individuals and the karmic experiences that they endured with one another. Now once a breakup occurs, no matter how rough or how smooth it was, it’s important to understand that all aspects of that relationship need to remain in the past where they should be locked away and never to be accessed again. However, sometimes people get hurt so bad, and have gone through some extremely negative experiences that it becomes very difficult to let go of the pain and even the relationship itself. It is never a good idea, to start a new relationship while carrying over the negativity and the damages from the old one. Once the foundation has been destroyed, the only thing that is left to do is to rebuild. Thus I’m going to go over 5 good reasons why your new boyfriend or girlfriend should not know so much details about how crazy things were, how messed up your old partner treated you or how you even dodged a bullet in your last relationship.

Therefore, speed and quality of service both have the ability to make or break any business. The transportation and delivery industry plays a vital role in any company that sells goods online. How Will Driverless Cars Change Our Means of Transportation
The idea of having a computer or A.I. driving people around is something that the majority of people in 2019 are still having doubts about when it comes up. However, this futuristic concept is inevitable, in fact, we are much closer to the times of driverless cars than we may think. Some believe that we may not see this for another 10 years or so, however, I believe we may have A.I. behind the wheel sooner than that. Due to the deployment of 5G technology, which will be a game changer in the information technology and communication industries real soon, I’m going to guess by no later than 2025 we may see people trading their automatic transmission vehicles for autonomous ones. Once 5G becomes nationwide, it will only pave the way for driverless cars to become the dominant form of transportation on the road.

Top 10 Unpleasant Things Uber and Lyft Riders Do When Using the Service
So we’ve all heard different, weird, and all kinds of crazy Uber and Lyft stories from both drivers and riders. While the service is very affordable, and convenient compared to the traditional taxi service, it’s absolutely unbelievable how there could be so much drama involving riders and drivers that you never think would happen to taxi drivers. In addition, with all the political and financial news going on with both services going public in the stock market, it seems that every day something new is happening in the world of ridesharing. Having friends who drive for both Lyft and Uber, I have had heard their fair share of crazy Uber and Lyft experiences, and the obnoxious riders they had to deal with. Unlike some of those riders, when I myself use the service, I just get in, play games on my phone, put on my headphones to listen to my music, get to my destination, and call it a day. If the driver opens up a conversation, I have no problem engaging in a friendly chat. Also, I pay attention to where I’m going in case the driver may make a wrong turn somewhere if they are not familiar with the area. Today I’m going to go over some of the most annoying, but yet very common things riders do when they’re using the service based on the stories I have been told. These acts tend to cost riders money, time, and a very bad rating which in return, will not work in their favor since some drivers do not pick up riders with certain ratings in order to avoid a negative experience.

You always hear people say “I want a good man” or “I want a good woman in my life” Then the universe gives them what they ask for only so they can go ahead and ruin a good thing.
