Did you know that a lot of people don’t know what creating a healthy dental habit is? Do you? Brushing your teeth only once a day isn’t considered good enough for the health of an overall mouth cavity. My Terrifying Experience Seeing My Husband Fight CoronaVirus
My husband works as a nurse, and because of that I always worried about his risk of getting Coronavirus. It was heart-breaking enough to hear about his recovery from cancer of when he was just three years old, after undergoing a serious operation, and them seeing him suffer from chronic pain issues after his car crash a few years back. However, as he is usually healthy and very protective with his health, even he thought he'd never get the virus. The hospital where he works has good measures in place, and he is strict on hygiene and social guidance so we thought it would be enough.

MIrror Dragon Tarot Free Weekly Reading #26
Reading for 6-8 thru 6-14-20 The Center card this week is the 4 of Cups. It seems that this week we are riding the waves of deep emotions, so much so that they could become a real distraction from our daily lives. As with all the fours, this one signals a time for reevaluation and reconnection with the Inner Self. When we’re given a gap in the “normal” flow of life to take a step back to try to see the bigger picture I think it’s important to take that chance, to put on the breaks and look. The suit of Cups gives us a clue as to where to explore to find who we are and where we stand emotionally in any given situation and how best to respond. We’re likely going to feel all the feels during the week and taking any opportunity to step away will allow us to regroup and decide whether we’re acting out of a particular emotion and, more importantly, whether we want to be. Introspection is the key. It’s likely we will be drawn even compelled to delve deep into our feelings and this is a great chance to renew the connection with our own truth. We’re going to be feeling everything this week with our emotions up front and center. So the need for introspection will be obvious and inviting. With a strong sense of the need for emotional self preservation we can use the time we grab for ourselves to consider what needs to be done to either stay aligned or realign with that inner truth. Try to find the time, even though life demands so much, to give yourself a chance to think and feel. When we avoid looking within we cheat ourselves of the beauty and integrity of self expression. Even if the Big feels are anger, fear, sorrow or confusion embracing them as part of the whole of us heals the tears and bruises. On the other hand, if the Big feels are joy, love, excitement or expectation embrace and accept them too. Pull in that wholeness and integration, embrace all of You. When we can do that the connection we feel and express with the world grows exponentially.

The Last Bath
Baths are a strange contraption, I mean, you literally sit in a small collection of water that is slowly but surely getting dirtier by the second. The trouble with them is that the hassle begins way before you even step foot inside the tub. It starts way back at the stressful, anxiety-inducing precision of the ratio of hot and cold water you must strike. If you have a functioning bath that actually provides a medium temperature then read on because this part is for the muggles amongst us that only have two options when it comes to the temperature of the water coming out of the tap: boiling or frozen. What I usually do whenever I decide to indulge myself in one of these completely inconvenient traps of the bathing world is fill the first half with blisteringly hot water and then top it off with basically frozen tap water until my foot doesn’t get scolded when it dares to submerge itself below its depths. I usually add dead sea salts or something to the water to add a bit of luxury to proceedings.

The Media
Social media is the way that most of the world communicates and connects with others. Have you ever looked into a fitness group on social media? There are many fitness influencers who use social media as their platform. These top influencers are using social media to obtain their fitness and financial goals. Social media provides constant information for those who are starting a fitness or who is interested in a health change. The Internet is known as the go-go source leading more hospitals and health care professionals to participate in social media. Health care organizations are using this informal platform to give their patients more tips. @BrittneeBabeFitness was created by a 24-year-old who focused her life around fitness. Doing research, there was no indication of her real name, but she is known as “Queen of Home Workouts.” She turned her passion into a job by using social media as her business. Evidence is not shown where she is originally from, but it is indicated that she lives and conducts her business in Lost Angeles, California. She is considered an online influencer and coach. @BrittneeBabe has over one million followers because of her special way of people seeing a difference in their body without a gym. Her online workout plans are strictly for home workouts. Five to ten-pound dumbbells and a workout mat are the only materials she requires for your workout journey. The most inspiring concept that Brittne created was her 21-day challenge. She has created nine volumes of this 21-day challenge. A new volume is created after a 21-day challenge ends. Each challenge/volume consists of workout plans for 21 days. There is a 30-minute video for each day, Monday-Saturday. The last day of the week consists of a “post-stretch.” All of the Britnee’s workouts are within her own home in Los Angeles. She has thousands of purchases for this online workout plan. Her programs are designed for the person looking to begin and maintain a healthy lifestyle. She informs potential buyers that the journey will be filled with success, failure, temptation, and celebration. In order to conduct my own research, I purchased Volume 8. I did not complete all of the days, every day, but the workouts are tough. She creates the easiest workout moves, but you will still be drenched in sweat after the session.
