Tips for finding reliable health information online
The internet has an abundance of information and resources available for anything imaginable. It can be a really helpful source to learn about any unfamiliar topic instantly. But it is also important to ensure that the information is coming from a well-trusted and updated source. It isn’t always guaranteed that the author of the content that you are reading is not presenting a biased opinion or trying to sell a product/service.

Maintain a healthy brain
How to Prevent memory loss? Experts used to think brain development peaked in late adolescence and it was all downhill from there. They believed if a person lost brain cells due to problems like a head injury, stroke or substance abuse, nothing could be done to restore memory and brain function. Now, thanks to discoveries in neuroscience, we know that the brain can grow new cells and form new neural connections. Like our muscles and other body parts, the brain can rebuild itself through repeated use and exercise.

Critical Condition
It seems that who ever inscribed the Georgia Guide Stones when they scripted reducing the worlds population to be in balance with nature may become a real reality today. That maybe has just become a reality. Here in the United States we are doing a real fine job of doing just that considering how we failed to fully protect our citizens from the onslaught of this deadly Pandemic. Over 450,000 deaths so far this past year alone from Covid-19 infections. We haven't really focused on the thousands of others who have died from other causes that can be attributed to so many other factors that have plagued our society for decades.

Shelly's Windfall
Day 1 I’m new at this kind of thing, so I’m not sure how to start. The blank pages are so intimidating, but maybe not as much as the dark cover. Why did I choose the dark one? Oh, I don’t know, maybe because of the whole idea of an abyss, an endless black hole where ideas can grow out of it. Everyone thinks light makes things grow, but ideas grow better in darkness, because you have to use more creative energies to fill it all in.

Spirituality, Chakras, Meditation, and Astrology
Growing up in a religious household, going to church once or twice a week, being expected to read the bible, are all things I think most human beings can relate to on some level, regardless of religion or faith we follow. We grow up following our parent or guardians way of life and our first belief system is their belief system. For myself I grew up practicing my faith in a non-denominational Christian church. I was introduced to Astrology and the Chinese Zodiac around middle school, roughly 11-13 years of age. I had learned from the Chinese Restaurants that each year is dedicated to an animal; pig, rat, oxen, tiger, rabbit, dragon, snake, horse, sheep, monkey, rooster, and dog. And every twelve years the cycle begins again and continues on until time no longer exists.

Covid-19 is Celebrating Victory!!!
19th June, 2020 Dear World, I am writing this letter to inform you that we have lost to the novel Coronavirus and now it is celebrating its victory by spreading ever faster than before. Looking around me, I have noticed that we are doing everything favourable for Covid-19 to spread and not even caring about it. When I ask people they always say, "We have to live with the virus and make it a part of our life!" Then, I think to myself, 'Is it my friend that I have to live with it?' Despite seeing, the numbers rise, people do not understand that this virus can affect them until they or someone they know is infected and by that time, it is too late.
