1842 Raw Honey Whole Body Immunity Blanket Elixir
This Is A Forgotten Recipe You'll Want To Remember.

There is a host of crud going around these days, and I've dug deep into my books to pull out the best natural remedy to not only help friends and family get over the flu faster, but to help keep it out all together! The ingredients below create what is called the "perfect immunity blanket" for your body.
The Root That Can Benefit All of Your Body's Organs
It's a good idea to include ginger in your diet throughout the colder months of winter. Because the colder months tend to bring an increased risk of colds and the flu, taking ginger will help strengthen your immune system and keep the cooties at bay. Ginger has numerous health advantages, including support for respiratory health, anti-inflammatory properties, and digestive help.
The Age-Old Root That Protects You From Infections
Even though turmeric has been used for 3000 years, not everyone knows how to utilize it correctly. It helps suppress cancer cells by lowering internal inflammation and boosting your body's antioxidant capability.
Curcumin's low bioavailability, on the other hand, results in inadequate absorption and utilization by the body. So how do we fix turmeric so our bodies can use and absorb it's benefits?
Black pepper!
The synergistic action of piperine (in the black pepper) and curcumin (in the turmeric) increases the potency and avaliability of turmeric in your body. Without it, turmeric is practically worthless.
Vitamin B6, which is vital for your mental well-being throughout these months, is abundant in black pepper. It combats the "winter blues" by naturally increasing serotonin and dopamine synthesis.
Increasing your intake of black pepper can also help your body detox. Due to the seasonal increase in comfort foods high in sugar and starch, black pepper can improve digestion and promote the absorption of nutrients.
Oh, honey..
But not the kind you're used to. Those tiny plastic bears you see on store shelves? They may be filled with nothing but industrial-grade glucose, artificial flavors and colors, high-fructose corn syrup, and other horrific substances that could be causing harm to your internal organs. I'm talking real deal raw, unpasturized natural good stuff only here!

If you are buying honey from a store, you can always do the water dissolution test to ensure that the honey you are using is genuine and unadulterated. If you add honey to a glass of water and it dissolves VERY slowly, or not at all, it is okay to use; if it dissolves rapidly, it should be thrown away.
Feed Your Brain Cinnamon
Cinnamon is high in antioxidants and has antibacterial qualities. The primary ingredient in cinnamon, cinnamonaldehyde, has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant qualities.
Therefore, a dash of cinnamon added to your daily tea or coffee can help protect brain function and decrease the process of cognitive decline linked to Alzheimer's disease.
Let's take a look at the Whole Body Immunity Blanket recipe below:
Anti-Inflammatory Honey with Immunity Spices
You'll need:
- One cup raw, unrefined honey
- Two teaspoons of raw ginger
- Two teaspoons powdered turmeric
- A pinch of black pepper
- Two teaspoons of ground cinnamon
- A pinch of cayenne pepper, if you can tolerate it
Directions:
Step 1: Cut the ginger into little pieces after peeling it and set it aside.
Step 2: Combine the ground black pepper and turmeric in a small bowl.
Step 3: Add honey gradually while swirling constantly to get a smooth paste-like consistency.
Step 4: Combine the turmeric paste with the remaining ingredients (ginger, cayenne, and cinnamon) in a small bowl.

Step 5: Next, incorporate the remaining honey. Stir it all together well.
Keep it somewhere cold and dark to extend its shelf life. Usually, I store it in my pantry after pouring it into a jar. Each morning, take one teaspoon of it. Your body will receive the ideal immunity blanket from this combination of powerhouse immunity boosters.
