Why talent don't exists in reality
A research on talent

Companies and Small minded people look for Talented people while big and rich minded people search for people who are not talented but Growth minded.
If it is like that then why 99% people search for talented peoples?Let’s dive deeper to understand what is talent and the belief we set in it
Talent means a certain quality that is folded in a human that he don’t need to practice for doing it in it’s best form.Talent in one words is a certain quality that is hard for doing for one person and easy for another. The person who can do the certain quality easily which is valued in the economy is called a talented person.
You may have already understood what talent is and who are called talented. Now,Let’s see why talent don’t exist in reality. There are 4 research about the unique qualities of a human.
1.Psychological Perspectives on Uniqueness
In psychology, the study of personality traits has been foundation in establishing that individuals exhibit distinct patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. The Five Factor Model (also known as the Big Five) is one prominent framework that categorizes personality into five broad dimensions: openness to experience, conscientiousness, extroversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism. Research in this area suggests that while people may share certain traits, the combination and expression of these traits are unique to each person.
For instance, a study published in the journal Personality and Individual Differences highlights how even individuals with similar backgrounds can demonstrate significant differences in their personality profiles. This research underscores the idea that our unique qualities stem from both genetic predispositions and environmental influences.
2. Genetic Diversity and Individuality
From a biological standpoint, genetic research has shown that each person carries a unique set of genes inherited from their parents. The Human Genome Project revealed that while humans share about 99.9% of their DNA with one another, it is the remaining 0.1% that accounts for individual differences in physical appearance, susceptibility to diseases, and even behavioral tendencies.
A notable study published in Nature Genetics examined how variations in specific genes can lead to diverse traits among individuals. For example, variations in genes related to neurotransmitter systems have been linked to differences in temperament and emotional responses. This genetic uniqueness contributes significantly to what makes each person distinct.
3. Sociocultural Influences on Individuality
Sociology also plays a crucial role in understanding unique qualities by examining how cultural background and social experiences shape individuals. Research indicates that factors such as upbringing, education, socioeconomic status, and cultural context contribute to personal identity formation.
A comprehensive study conducted by sociologists at Stanford University explored how different social environments influence personal development. Their findings suggest that individuals raised in diverse cultural settings often develop unique perspectives and skills shaped by their interactions within those environments.
4.Integrating Perspectives: A Holistic View
Combining insights from psychology, genetics, and sociology provides a holistic view of why everyone possesses unique qualities. Each person’s individuality emerges from an intricate interplay between their genetic makeup, psychological traits shaped by experiences and environment, and socio-cultural contexts.
This multifaceted approach emphasizes that uniqueness is not merely an abstract concept but rather a tangible reality grounded in scientific research across disciplines.
You see in the 4 research,It states that everyone has unique qualities. We don’t really take any step to find our special unique quality. Now the question arises
“If talent means a unique quality that is valued in the economy, then how can everyone have a unique quality ? If everyone has unique quality then how can we differentiate talented people? Then how can talent exist if it doesn’t mean a unique quality for a certain amount of person anymore?”
I have studied and understood that for two reasons,Talent exists still now.The reasons are as follows:
Value
Beliefs on Talent
The number 1 (value) states that the quality that brings value is valued.Other values are not valued because most people don’t realize that the values that return value fast are short-term value,Not long-term.The values that are slow to come are long-term values that can possibly create a great value. The number 2 (Beliefs on Talent) states that most people are so much obsessed with talent because that brings value fast and help grow fast. But there is also another problem in it.This will not help grow a company in advanced level. Now,let’s see what we can do to protect ourself from talent mindset and be valued using hard work.
First, change your belief that you can’t make a change unless you find a certain quality.Don’t hold the emotion of not being good enough.Second,Clarity. When you can clarify your goal,It will be easy for you to find your special talent.
In conclusion,Step away from talent obsession and help yourself grow using hard work mindset that really are valued much unless you find the 1%.Work smart.Create a astonishing value in the present economy.
