Oslo Accords
Oslo Accords: Another Chapter in the Deception of the Palestinians September 13, 1993. A much-discussed moment in the history of world politics was captured on the White House lawn: Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin and PLO Chairman Yasser Arafat shaking hands, with US President Bill Clinton standing in between.
