Cult Films and Midnight Movies "From High Art to Low Trash" Vol 1 By Tom Baker As a child, getting home from school, I used to eagerly look forward to watching British sketch comedy legends Monty Python and their famous show "Monty Python's Flying Circus" rerun unaccountably on MTV during the late 1980s. Although the humor was a little too sophisticated for me, the show had a warm, if puzzling ambiance and often actresses that exposed a lot of cleavage. Which was enough to hold my attention. The flat, surrealistic animations, utilizing images culled from a hundred years earlier or thereabouts, were always grotesque good fun. The whole thing put me into an alternate world, and I wanted to learn from it, ironically.

Hello. I am a high school student living in Japan. This time I would like to talk to you about my ex-girlfriend. You might think this is normal, but it was a surprising experience to me. Ever since I was in middle school, there was someone I had a crush on. At that time, she was a very good-natured and attractive girl to me. She was kind to everyone, and her　communication skills were high, and she taught me how to study. I fell in love with her.In my third year of middle school, I finally mustered up the courage to confess to her! All my friends said I should stop. However, I thought that if I attacked now and knew the result, I would be able to change my mind if the result was good or bad. But back then, I never imagined that something like this would happen. Unfortunately I was dumped by her. It was a shock to me at first, but since I've always been in a friendly neighborhood position with everyone, I was aware that I wouldn't be considered a romantic interest anyway, so I was able to bounce back quite easily.owever, a turning point came. Three days after being dumped, the girl contacted me and said, "Recently, I'm jealous of S.(In order not to give out the name, I will only use the initials this time.) It's about boys..."! . My first thought was, "is this bitch trying to finish me off?" , I couldn't think of anything else.However, I hadn't completely shaken off the girl yet, so I thought I'd at least listen to what shi had to say, and to my surprise, the boy was me! At this moment, I thought, "God really exists!" As we talked, we started dating. However, it was right before the final exams, so I couldn't go on a date right away. I was really looking forward to going on a date after the test was over. On the contrary, it was the only test motivation for me.But here tragedy strikes. one week after we started dating, I was suddenly called after school, and when I was wondering what was going on, I was told to break up because of "differences in values." I was half angry, saying, "I've never even been on a date, so what's your sense of values?" I remember being stared at by her friend when I went to the classroom to pick up my luggage without being able to say anything. All of my firends said "I've never heard of someone getting dumped twice by the same person in two weeks lol"Because it spread in the grade in an instant, I was messed with by boys for a while.But after this, there was an incident that I couldn't believe my eyes. Two weeks after we broke up, she and I went to Disney because we were originally going to go to Disney with a couple of boys and girls from our class. By that time she seemed to have made the switch completely and started saying that she liked my friend Y.( same )is the type of person who will do anything if he finds it interesting, so despite his interest in her, Y purposely shared an umbrella with my ex-girlfriend in front of me. It broke my heart. Even her female friends acted like they were sorry for me. There were other people, and I didn't want to spoil the atmosphere, so I put up with it. rom this experience, I learned two things. One, don't trust women. Second, girls are more about their faces than their personalities.
