Will someone explain to me – in a way I can, maybe, understand – what AI involves? I'm too technologically challenged even to fathom the very concept...the possibilities. I'm probably more confused about this than I was when someone tried to explain how a facsimile (fax) machine worked back in the 1980s. I still don't understand completely. That’s a lie. I still don’t understand at all. It's fallen into the category of 'things I don't need to know'.

THE OCTOPUS AWARDS Around 8AM on the first of April, chalky grey skies gathered over the Cambridge School hall. Around it, a range of vans, cars, SUV’s and such also gathered. From them emerged a range of people bearing their cargo: carts, crates, glass cubicles, all containing their precious cargo. Another Day at the Office
My ears were ringing by the time I made it to lunch. Cell phone on mute I made it to the local diner with just barely my sanity. Taking a booth I glance at the menu knowing the exact lunch special I’m going to order, with a small glass of wine to ease my nerves.
