Sacral Chakra 🧑 (Orange) : Located in the lower abdomen, this chakra is associated with creativity, emotions, and sexuality. It can become imbalanced by a lack of emotional expression, creative blockages, or difficulties with intimacy. The sacral chakra is associated with the element of water, and is said to be nourished by creative expression, such as art or even dancing. The color orange is associated with creativity, joy, and sensuality, and is believed to help activate the sacral chakra's connection to pleasure, emotion, and intuition.

Solar Plexus Chakra πŸ’› (Yellow) : Located in the upper abdomen, this chakra is associated with personal power, self-worth, and confidence.
