Root Chakra ❤️ (Red) : Located at the base of the spine, this chakra governs our sense of safety and security, as well as our basic survival needs. It can become imbalanced by fear, insecurity, or a lack of stability in one's life. The root chakra is associated with the element of earth, and is said to be nourished by physical activity, even such as walking or gardening. The color red is associated with vitality, passion, and groundedness, and is believed to help activate the root chakra's connection to the physical body and the earth.
