What is happiness?
When we are all born into this world, we want to be happy. However, no one can answer exactly how to achieve happiness. Each person can have their own definition of happiness and there are people who define it very simply while others define it greater and more distant. Life is a never-ending journey to find your own happiness. We all want to have a prosperous life, a harmonious family, success in life and achieving our dreams is the happiest thing. Happiness is a positive emotional state of people when their needs are satisfied. It is an abstract emotional framework and is often influenced by reason. Each person has their own definition of happiness, but they are all happy, comfortable and joyful emotions in life. That's why people spend their youth searching for happiness and doing the things they love to achieve it. Success is not the key to happiness. On the contrary, happiness is the key to helping us achieve success. If you love what you do, you will be more likely to succeed. Sometimes, a life full of external success, with positions and possessions, is not synonymous with happiness. You may have people you admire with their wealth and success, but no one knows that their lives are full of amenities and happiness. On the contrary, people who have to work hard to make a living often feel happier. There is a saying that "Money cannot buy happiness", however it can help us create favorable things to achieve happiness. For example, if you're busy with work, come home early from work, and care a lot about work relationships, you may forget that you have family. Sometimes, you need to spend time with your family and take care of your happiness. Remember, a happy life means not only success at work but also satisfaction and fulfillment in life. Having money does not guarantee happiness, even when rushing to make money, many couples feel even more empty and lonely when together. Each person can be satisfied with money, material things, fame and external social relationships, but in the end they lose their common voice. Even though they live under the same roof, they cannot talk, share or tell each other about work, life and plans like before. Feelings of loneliness are increasing, pushing them towards divorce. However, there are still happy couples who do not have many assets, but because they know how to share, sympathize and understand each other. Married life and work are very important, husbands work, wives stay home to take care of children, even though there are many difficult months, they are still happy because they have each other to share, talk and support each other. Therefore, there is no need to be rich, have a beautiful or talented wife, but if there is a wife who understands and takes care of her, family happiness is still great. Through that example, we can see that happiness is a very simple thing, each person has their own definition of happiness. Happiness can be simple or complex, depending on how each person sees it. In my opinion, being rich or poor has an impact on how much we enjoy life, but it does not determine our happiness. If family life is not happy, even if you make a lot of money, it will not bring meaning. If someone misdefines the path to happiness and is forever anxious to make money and loses important things such as love, connection, sharing and marital feelings. In their twenties, few people think about life and happiness. However, for me, happiness is very simple. Every day I wake up healthy and feel peace in my heart. I have a job that I love and is enough to live well, be able to travel everywhere, visit family and eat together and gather together. I have a really close friend and can share everything about life, love and work. All of those things make me feel happy. Health and happiness are the two most important things, which cannot be bought with money and fame. Happiness helps us live more meaningfully in life, more value and thereby achieve success. To achieve happiness, we need to strive, rise up, constantly learn and persevere with clear plans. Happiness comes from experiences in daily life, from love between people and expressed through family feelings. Loved people are a source of motivation for them to improve themselves and overcome all difficulties in life. Happiness is when we know we are important to others and live our whole lives with the people we love. Happy people are always full of inspiration, optimism and youth in life. They spend a lot of time playing, entertaining and taking care of themselves. Happiness is when we live true to ourselves, live according to our hearts and freely do what we like. When we realize the path to happiness, we need to cultivate happiness on that path. To maintain happiness, we need to persevere and stand up when faced with difficulties, always have the will and determination to never submit to all adversity. Happiness is in our hands, always hold it because if lost, it is very difficult to get it back. With youth, happiness is not only love between men and women but can also be greater than the love of family, friends and the care of people around you. Happiness is related to the great dreams and ambitions of youth, making life more meaningful and not simply fleeting emotions. Happiness is also not just simple material things received from the family, but is essentially dedication and acceptance of sincere feelings, impartiality and innocence, great dreams and ambitions. Happiness is the feeling when the soul is satisfied with what it has, expressed through success in work, love and life or simply when waking up and starting a new day full of enthusiasm and energy to complete your goals. Happiness originates from the soul, if your soul and thoughts are comfortable then you will feel happier. When we are content with everything that happens, have positive thoughts and a relaxed mood, then we will feel happy. Newness in life always brings a feeling of happiness. When you discover new and interesting things, your happy mood will be filled with happiness. Changing your job, workplace, place of living or new place of living can also bring you joy and happiness. The surrounding atmosphere can also create a feeling of happiness. However, happiness not only exists outside but also originates within ourselves. If you feel happy doing something, it is also a form of happiness. Create your own joy every day by thinking positively, trying to work and accomplish your goals, and loving everyone around you more. True happiness will come to those who know how to contribute and accept sincere feelings, living fully with great ambitions and dreams. Happiness also helps us become confident, active and meaningful people in life.
