For better or for worse, relationships reveal the core of the human condition.

Gift
(a short story and an example) *Gift* A boy, about twelve years old, wearing modest clothes and old shoes, bigger than his feet, but clean, signs of poverty were visible on his face and clothes. Proudly: - "It's for my mother." The store owner was simply touched by the gift. He looked with pity on his young client, felt great sympathy for him, wanted to help him. He thought he could wrap something else more valuable besides a simple bar of soap. Still, he was hesitant, looked at the boy, then looked at the things that were on the shelves of his store, but he could not make a firm decision. “Should I do this or not? Will my action be appropriate or am I going to hurt him,” the man asked himself, and his heart answered, “Yes, I do!”, but his mind prevented him.

It Is Not Hard…
Just like anything else in this world being a good person takes work. But it is far from impossible and could quite possibly be one of the easiest tasks someone could take on. Often, it simply involves tweaking how you already behave or live, by just a bit. Or many may be surprised that they are already exuding the habits of a good person, and they do not even realize it. Here are some tell-tale signs of a good person; where do you rank?

Grocery Shopping Diaries
Now is the time, more than ever before, that we need to be connected. Not the fake, virtue signal of, "stay connected" that Google, Facebook, Zoom, and woke politicians pushed on us. No, online connection is not, and will never be the same as a real life interaction with our neighbors, our communities, and our state. The current cost of living calls for real life connections, not fake ones.

How to manage emotions
Emotions are the first signals generated by your body and mind when you need to pay attention to something in your life. Being in control of your emotions means that you are able to approach any situation rationally. Catch negative emotions, from their source, and use their energy as motivation for your actions.

The Devil's Drug
Meth. The Devil's drug. Euphoria. Powerful. Immediate high. Just one dose is enough to pull you in for more. Some say it's a deal with the Devil. You trade in your looks, your wealth, your intellect...Addiction at its finest. It takes everything from you. It becomes your whole life. More important than anything else. I think most people would agree that meth has been one of the most sinister creations ever fabricated.

I SURVIVED POLYOMYELITIS - EX TETRAPLEGIC
From these words, I write my story for those who still don't know me. Nobody believes and I don't think even my close friends know this side of my story, but I was once quadriplegic. My story is not about feeling sorry or being amazed, but about showing you my true overcoming. Everything I'm telling you here were facts that my late mother, Dona Francisca told me and my aunts told me. I really don't remember well, my last memories are of me being admitted to a hospital in the clinics in São Paulo and not being able to move from the neck down.

Do you have a need, desire, or dream you wish to fulfill?
Help! This very word is one of the most commonly used in human existence, even more common than money, time, or love. How many times a day do you see, hear or use the word help in some way? All professional organizations, institutions, or social services depend on their helplines to serve customers. Today, the word help will appear in many languages on millions of TVs, radio, computers, and signposts across the world. Everyone needs help each day, whether it be in a crisis or simply as a helping hand to make life easier. To many people help suggests giving assistance to a stranger, family, or friend, but is there more to help than this? How many of us have ever thought about how often we use the interaction of help, not only in passing but to stay alive? For example, breathing, eating, and bathing are all interactions of help, between ourselves and the Earth. H.E.L.P. is a life=force that sustains all life forms. Once you have become aware of HELP, you will notice how often the word help, and the interaction of help, is used in daily life. If help is the way to stay alive, then our every idea, thought and action is an attempt to help ourselves, other living things and the Earth. But, if everything we do is an attempt at helping, then why is our species in crisis, with billions of people suffering? Yes, that is true, but we can use help to improve every situation and human condition you can think of. If so, then help is the key activity that will overcome every adversity within humanity. Can you think of a more practical solution than that? The human crisis is a massive problem, but the solution is simple...HELP! The obvious is the most difficult to discover. For example, we have experienced the effects of gravity for thousands of years, but it was the discovery of the Laws of Gravity that enabled us to put humans on the moon and in outer space. Let us apply the same thinking to the discovery of The HELP Process. We have all experienced help, but we have yet to understand the process. If you had discovered a new way that would help our species in science, art, education, and evolution what else would you call it? The HELP Process will help humanity in every aspect of our existence. The HELP Book shows us how, by using a simple process that is helping individuals around the world to survive, solve problems, prosper, and evolve. Whoever you are, wherever you are there are infinite possibilities, no limitations to what you can create with all the help you need. If you are like most people, you may think that you already know all about help. Well, think again, because you are missing out on a huge opportunity. The HELP Process will help you achieve more than you ever imagined possible. The HELP Process empowers and enables you to give and receive all the help you need in your health, home, family, and work life. When people help each other, the impossible becomes possible. The HELP Process works for everyone regardless of your age or gender, color or creed, race or belief. Helping each other is like washing our hands. When we wash our hands, is the right hand washing the left, or is the left hand washing the right? Which hand is washing and helping which hand? The right and left hands are washing each other together. In the same way, when we help each other, am I helping you or are you helping me? Is a man helping a woman or a woman helping a man? Is a Christian helping a Muslim or a Muslim helping a Christian? Is a Buddhist helping a Hindu or a Hindu helping a Buddhist? As we help each other we become one — love one another, accept one another, and value one another.

Putin Puts on the Mantle of Hitler
At the beginning of this war, we heard about the child soldiers and how they had no idea why they were in Ukraine or were told it was an exercise. The deceit of the monster we know as Putin and his regime know no bounds. I will not go into graphic details about the war crimes committed in his name, but I will touch on them. If you want to see graphic images, the web is full of them. A man is posting them on Twitter, and Reddit has more than there should ever be.
