If help is the way to stay alive, then our every idea, thought and action is an attempt to help ourselves, other living things and the Earth. But, if everything we do is an attempt at helping, then why is our species in crisis, with billions of people suffering? Yes, that is true, but we can use help to improve every situation and human condition you can think of. If so, then help is the key activity that will overcome every adversity within humanity. As we help each other we become one — love one another, accept one another, and value one another.
