Help! This very word is one of the most commonly used in human existence, even more common than money, time, or love. How many times a day do you see, hear or use the word help in some way? All professional organizations, institutions, or social services depend on their helplines to serve customers. Today, the word help will appear in many languages on millions of TVs, radio, computers, and signposts across the world. Everyone needs help each day, whether it be in a crisis or simply as a helping hand to make life easier. To many people help suggests giving assistance to a stranger, family, or friend, but is there more to help than this? How many of us have ever thought about how often we use the interaction of help, not only in passing but to stay alive? For example, breathing, eating, and bathing are all interactions of help, between ourselves and the Earth. H.E.L.P. is a life=force that sustains all life forms. Once you have become aware of HELP, you will notice how often the word help, and the interaction of help, is used in daily life. If help is the way to stay alive, then our every idea, thought and action is an attempt to help ourselves, other living things and the Earth. But, if everything we do is an attempt at helping, then why is our species in crisis, with billions of people suffering? Yes, that is true, but we can use help to improve every situation and human condition you can think of. If so, then help is the key activity that will overcome every adversity within humanity. Can you think of a more practical solution than that? The human crisis is a massive problem, but the solution is simple...HELP! The obvious is the most difficult to discover. For example, we have experienced the effects of gravity for thousands of years, but it was the discovery of the Laws of Gravity that enabled us to put humans on the moon and in outer space. Let us apply the same thinking to the discovery of The HELP Process. We have all experienced help, but we have yet to understand the process. If you had discovered a new way that would help our species in science, art, education, and evolution what else would you call it? When we wash our hands, is the right hand washing the left, or is the left hand washing the right? Which hand is washing and helping which hand? The right and left hands are washing each other together. In the same way, when we help each other, am I helping you or are you helping me? Is a man helping a woman or a woman helping a man? Is a Christian helping a Muslim or a Muslim helping a Christian? Is a Buddhist helping a Hindu or a Hindu helping a Buddhist? As we help each other we become one — love one another, accept one another, and value one another.
