My Wolf Creek Bigfoot Encounter
In August of 2018, as the summer days began to wane, I found myself venturing deep into the tranquil yet somewhat eerie woods near Wolf Creek, Oregon. This particular area, nestled between the small towns of Crow and Lorane, is known amongst locals for its secluded beauty, but also for whispers of unexplained phenomena. It was late evening, the sun a fiery orb dipping below the distant tree line, casting long, dramatic shadows that stretched like grasping fingers across the logging road we were on. Though not yet fully dark, the approaching twilight lent an air of mystery to the already dense forest.
